I bought these to drill out 6 6mm bolts that had broken off in some rivnuts. I didn’t have high expectations because they were ≈ 50% the cost of some real reputable brands. I’m happy to report that they plowed right through the bolts and I didn’t have to dull any of my good Dewalt black and gold bits.

Usually get dewalt drill bits but theses work great as well very sharp hopefully they last

Got these for use with my drill press. Tries them out on a few different materials and I would say they are on par with most sets you would get from your local big box store. Wood, plastic? Great. No problem. Copper and other non ferrous metals? No problem. Steel and iron? They did fine. Just keep them cooled while drilling. Iron especially. If you're just doing wood and softer materials, these will last you a long time. They are sharp and well machined. A good chunk of what you pay for with other brands is name. If you are looking to save money but don't want to sacrifice quality, these drills bits are worth it. name recognition doesn't always mean a better product. Drill bits are going to wear down. Every drill bit needs sharpening at some point. These are no exception. These are well made. So I would definitely recommend especially if you need to save money 👍

Works well on the following: hardwood, softwood, plastic and steel.I did not have any hardened metal to test with, but I think they will work.
