It’s good enough to get started, but once you get serious you’ll definitely need to upgrade to something better. The description is misleading though, the ones I received are clearly 13mm instead of 16mm. I’m also not sure if the paddle are usapa approved as I can’t find it in the approved list.The bag that came with the paddle set is nice, as are the balls.

My husband and I love this set! It's good quality for the price and also cute! The carrying bag is also a plus!

The paddles were poor quality for the price, expected the price to make them nicer but it seems I was just paying for this super nice bag...didnt really care for that. Also the logo was on the other side so did not look as nice as I expected. I would have kept it if the paddles were nicer but I returned and got Niupipo and looove.

Right out of the box these graphite paddles feel very good. My wife and I are by no means experts or even professional players. We are more along the line of intermediate beginners. I would rank us to be a 3.0- 3.5. However, we have tried a number of paddles. Like my wife says, the paddle will choose you.Please do not think these will be super lightweight because they are made with graphite.These paddles are not super lightweight which is great. They are light (compared to most beginner paddles) and that is because of the graphite around the honeycomb core. We have tried some very light weight paddles, and I just could never find the power that I wanted. What I like about these paddles they are amazingly strong and agile, meaning they are responsive! So, I know can give a good solid power backhand and the surface is just gritty enough to give a great spin on the ball. The grips could be a touch thicker for a much better power swing, but like I said. Theses are a great set for anyone just starting out in this amazing fun sport.Having a shoulder bag in this set is an absolute bonus! And the extra balls are a great finishing touch. The bag itself is made of good quality material and there is plenty of room for everything in this set. The balls are just good. There is an edge all the way around the balls that will catch your paddle, but do not get discouraged. Just keep playing!!These are a great paddle set for beginners, like my wife and I, and are at an amazing price

I'm a beginner to pickleball and I'm really happy with this set! The rackets are lightweight and have a comfortable grip, making it easy to learn. The bag is convenient for transporting everything to and from the court. While I'm still new to the sport, these rackets seem to be of good quality and have held up well so far. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this set to other beginners.
