Used this to replace the derailleur pulleys on my DuraAce derailleur. These are more expensive than a stock set of pulleys but at least they are well below the ones that cost $170 and up. They fit perfectly and were zero hassle to install. Shifting remains excellent and they seem very quiet as well. (I was expecting noise since the pulley material is aluminum instead of some sort of polymer. They do provide less resistance -- but let's be honest, a power reduction of a few microwatts is almost nothing. I doubt that they would have made any difference during my racing career (now decades behind me) and I don't see a noticeable difference now that I am a member of the Old-Guys-Who-Get-Fat-In-Winter Bike Club. But they do look good, show wear well and they definitely don't hurt anything.

What it is: Orange anodized aluminum 9/10/11 speed 11 tooth Shimano/SRAM compatible rear derailleur pulleys with sealed ceramic bearings. Includes 1 bronze bushing for SRAM bolts and instructions.Why I like it: My road bike has the Shimano 105 11 speed drivetrain with hydraulic disc brakes. The stock rear derailleur pulleys are black nylon. While they work well enough, I was looking to improve the looks and performance of the rear derailleur. These pulleys spin very well, look really good, and are very lightweight (17g/pair). Some anodizing will naturally wear off, and the second pic shows some where after a 27 mile road ride. Shifting is very crisp and precise, and you may need to adjust it after install. Installation is easy, and takes about 5 minutes. Instructions are complete and clear. They are very slightly noisier than the nylon pulleys due to the metal on metal contact. They are a bit pricier than OEM nylon pulleys, but the ability to color customize your bike along with the upgrade to ceramic bearings is worth it.

Got these and installed them a couple of days ago. They are super smooth and quiet. The anodized color is awesome. Would definitely recommend these.

These fit great and are super smooth. Should provide a touch less resistance for the rider. Color looks great on my orange TREK
