Works well and is good for international travel. The water tank suddenly wouldn't snap in after my 2nd or 3rd or so use, and customer service (Jaina, specifically) was very helpful at sending me a replacement. Looking forward to continuing to use it, especially when traveling!

3 months in and steamer just stopped working. All troubleshooting failed.Note: if you buy on Amazon the manufacturer will not issue refused based on the 1 year warranty.

This steamer/iron works like a champ! I tried it in the US to make sure it worked before my travels. It worked like a charm in Asia on 240 voltage by simply plugging it into the outlet, no switches to flip as on other devices I’ve had. This is compact and easy to pack (great velvet bag) and comes with a plastic stand for the heating element and a heat proof oven mitt (so you don’t accidentally burn you hand). This has worked great on everything I’ve thrown at it from silk and satin to crushed linen shirts. I really liked that you can flip the orientation of the steam/iron head by 90 degrees. I highly recommend this steamer/iron to anyone traveling internationally!

I reviewed so many compact steamers before landing on this one and I love it! Honestly this makes a great gift and I got a few for Christmas presents already. If you’re someone who doesn’t iron on vacation, this is such a perfect steamer. I’ve used it at home too and have reached for this one over my larger steamer because it’s easier to handle.Pros- sturdy, chic color and modern design, strong steam pressure, compact for travel. Really appreciate that it included the hot pad to set down on the counter while using. Verrrrry helpful.Cons- the water reservoir doesn’t hold much but this isn’t really a con because it’s to be expected with such a small steamer.
