SO MUCH BETTER than the original kind, you can clamp these kind on as tight as you possibly can and still get them off no problem. Won't pinch you or snap and hit your fingers like that old lever kind would. I don't understand the couple reviews saying they're harder or worse than the original honestly if you've ever used both kinds you have to be crazy to think that. Have several different styles of this kind and I'll never buy the old version again.
