Do not buy. Just bought in October and Hdmi cord is damaged and there is no option for any other Hdmi to be plugged in. The computer port plug in is not like the other average plug in. And computer power button is working ,but the desktop is not showing up on the screen.not a good product do not buy. It is only February and it's not functioning

Computer works as expected, but was not a grade a computer. Because it had many scratches and a front bezel was broke.

I purchased the computer and it was horrible. It was slow. All it did was buffer. I wanted to return it. The seller sent a prepaid return label for drop off. In my small town the ups stores refused to take it because it was an electronic. I contacted the seller several times to ask for a prepaid label for ups to come pick it up and they refused. They accused me of not telling the truth about ups not taking it. The only way I can return it is to pay $30 fee and I don't think that's fair so beware if you deal with this seller. The nearest ups besides my town is 50 miles away.

The computer itself is scratched up, but overall “okay” and functioning… the keyboard & mouse are awful. I had expected this and had purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse in the same order. Unfortunately, the computer is supposed to have WiFi/Bluetooth capability but does not. When I attempted to remedy this situation, I was told that Amazon can not correct the issue, I would have to “return the product” entirely. I do not understand why I could not simply be shipped a WiFi adapter to correct the issue. I spent hours getting my office together and setting the system up (reorganizing, running wires, properly hiding cords so they aren’t an eyesore) and when I finally set it all up, I had to run Ethernet cord. Although my computer now functions, I will need to purchase the WiFi adapter, as I need it to use the printer which is on the other side of the room.

El equipo llegó con lo indicado y sin detalles. Tras unos días de uso no ha mostrado más problemas, quizás lo único es que llegó en inglés, pero nada que no arregle la configuración. Estoy satisfecho con la compra.Puntúo en 4 porque el mouse que venía llegó destrozado y el embalaje era mínimo, quizás en otras condiciones el equipo hubiese llegado malAún así, si recomiendo

The computer disconnects from monitor about twice per day. I have disconnect from back of computer then reconnect to have the monitor working.
