Llegó con bitlocker pero es fácil de eliminar. (Quitenlo antes de formatear) El cargador es genérico, tiene estética de 8.5, creo que vale la pena por lo que pagas, formateé pero genera un error al instalar actualizaciones. Espero se corrija con futuras versiones, un buen producto en general, no llegó con bloqueo de empresas como en otras ocasiones.Actualización, el equipo sigue bien sólo que no noté que tiene roto el altavoz derecho. Suena horrible pero es algo que me moleste.

When I received the touch screen was not working. After further investigating the system was asking for the drive to be updated. Check window updates no updates for this issue. Also the storage was not as stated Said 467g of storage. Other wise it looked like exactly what I was looking for. Returning for full refund and trying to purchase again.

Couldnt reach the seller for the activation - product key.Luckily amazon stepped in and got the information and its working perfectly.Computer is near perfect!Just don’t expect support from the company.

The condition of this product was as if brand new. The firmware still needed updating but overall I am very satisfied. I would buy this type of product reconditioned from the same vendor again.

The laptop is working fine. Some minor scratches at the bottom, but otherwise looks like new. Upgraded the SSD to 1Tb and the memory to 24Gb. It has 2 memory slots BTW. The screen is good and bright, responsive to touch. The keyboard and the mouse work fine. Very sturdy construction, the hinges are firm and hold the lid well in any position.
