The performance and form factor are fantastic. The shell is sturdy and design is great.Unfortunately, the PC had a defective power port. It would randomly shut off and refuse to turn on but suddenly turned on moments later. After a couple of hours of troubleshooting, it became evident that the port was finicky and there was nothing wrong with the power supply or any other component. Clearly inadequately tested during refurbishing... Time down the drain.

I kept having intermittent restarts which would happen randomly. I started to research what caused the problem by looking at the Windows 10 System Event Logs and observed the events logs pointed to the crashes occurring because of the computer firmware. The shipped bios was the HP 2.11 bios and the latest bios was 2.19. I did not have any problems after updating the bios to 2.19. I would hope the seller would update the bios to the latest version because most people would not know how to troubleshoot the problem and even how to update the bios. I'm sure most people who have bought these systems might have had problems because the mismatch between the manufacturer's bios and Windows 10. Again, I believe that the seller has a duty to update the bios because these systems are renewed and should be in working order.

Great PC, solid, compact but heavy. Good speed in the processor and good memory with a lot of space in the SSD drive, overall is a good computer unfortunate it doesn't have HDMI output so I have to struggle getting the right cable. I know I know I didn't read about that when I bought because he was stated not HDMI output but anyway it's a great computer!!!

Es perfecto estaso, sin raspones, sin manchas, sin polvo y con termapads nuevos, temperatura del CPU a 50° C en estado normal, buenos componentes y calidad de construcción

So a few things to know that weren't in the specs. First it's a Ryzen 5 Pro 3400G which is better than a 3400GE.Second it has a 2.5" SATA SSD installed of unknown branding, but works good enough for the purposes I am using this machine for.TPM 2.0 is intact in the HP BIOS which meant Windows 11 was easily upgraded out of the box. No BIOS password as other reviewers mentioned.This came with a brand new in box corded Keyboard and Mouse.And my machine also included built in Intel wifi 6 adapter with Antennas which was also not listed.Overall great value for performance, 4 cores with 8 threads more than enough to web browse and use for office work, with it mounted on the back of the screen with a VESA mount.Machine was a in great condition no scratches, however inside was a bit dusty but nothing a quick air can couldn't solve.A USB C port was on the front and behind, so i could use multi displays with HDMI as there is only 2 DP ports on the machine.Overall I am very happy with this refurbished machine and would recommend for anyone needing a low profile, powerful machine.

On every machine we ordered here, the BIOS password has been set. HP does not support, in any way, having the password reset with any utility or CMOS reset. You cannot ever update the BIOS or get into the BIOS to make any changes.
