I have four of these in two different sizes and I really think they’re terrific. For a single use pot. They are a worthy investment for the price. I bake a lot of sourdough, and I really appreciate how these pots constrict the dough and improve the rise. One of the lids has a small chip after the first use. It’s still very usable and I don’t expect Le Creuset quality for this price point. The Pantrymama has sourdough recipes that fit in the mini pot and in the medium pot.

super cute, was worried it would be too small but perfect size for a small/medium loaf! deep bottom pan is also nice!

My sourdough bakes beautifully in this. Great product! And such a fun color too!
