Like another reviewer said, if you do not have a long neck, this might not be very comfortable for you. It felt like a stiff neck brace. I’m 5’ tall.Returned.

Pillow stayed firm and my head never flopped around. Zero neck pain after a 6 hour red eye. Initially it felt a bit stifling because I have a short neck, but I was able to position the Velcro to wear I was comfortable.

This pillow is adorable! Very comfortable, keeps your neck in a proper position. Highly recommend!

Purchased this for a recent flight. Myself and the rest of the kin that used it loved it! As noted by others, only works when properly worn with the extended/thicker side on your left hand side. Would be nice if there were a way to construct it for both sides. Recommend it as a cost-effective "Bobble Head" eliminator!

I have a back injury due to a car accident. This neck pillow provided support for both my neck and back. Very pleased with comfort. Not too heavy or stiff.
