I am going to take this really expensive trtl Travel Pillow Wrap Cool on an upcoming long flight. It took me a few minutes or an hour to even get this to work.I couldn’t figure out that the sign that says “remove the cover before storing” is actually a removable piece of cloth (cover for the Velcro) that exposes the part that the wrap velcro hooks to. 😅Afterwards it was easy , well easier .I have to say that once you find that perfect spot ,may it be resting the neck to the sides and even to the front and back , it started to become rather comfy . But it definitely has a little try out or learning curve .Still, there is no reason for this to be $84 imho. The carry bag is really nice though, looks good and is lightweight and flat, not as bulky as those round ones one has to clip on the bag unprotected and a lot of those round pillows aren’t washable .This trtl neck wrap can be washed and on top it states it is made from anti bacterial bamboo which does in fact has a cooling feeling .I will have many hours to try to get this wrapped perfectly to get a comfortable sleep or even watch position with this and after I am back I will update this review, will this neck wrap travel pillow really make me feel like I am in first class , as it states on the packaging ?The carry case is adorbs .. it is small and flat and clips on my backpack , protected from germs. The quality is better than other similar neck wraps that are made from felt or plush , they always got me super hot , the support isn’t as bouncy and lightweight and even tho they state they are washable they are not because the fabric shrinks and becomes impossible to finagle back on .I believe that it won’t be the same with this as the cover is easily removable , I tried.I will be back to update if I had neck that perfect neck nap support and comfort that warrants the high price point.P.S. Tip, I kept the Velcro cover as suggested , because it will do better covered up in the wash and during storage, we’ll know how easily Velcro catches lint, hair etc.

Pros: Takes up very little space, doesn’t get overheated. Cons: It’s expensive, and it takes work to make it workI got this for my wife who wanted a travel pillow that gets the job done without taking up a huge amount of space in her carry-on luggage. With its 8” x 10’ footprint, and slightly curved frame, this pillow takes up very little room even in low cost airline-sized bags. The bundled carrying case is on a carabiner, so clipping it onto, instead of squeezing it into a full bag is also an option. When my wife couldn’t figure out how to get it to work, I tried it. The instructions were not super helpful, but I still had no problem finding a comfortable position, with the frame resting on my shoulder. After a few more false starts, my wife finally figured out how to fasten it for a comfortable fit by balancing it between her shoulder and collarbone . She said that if not for the cost, she probably would have just given up and given it away.Bottom line: It’s not for everyone, but I’ll be glad to take it on my next trip.

I got this trtl travel support to replace one I loved form the same company and left on a plane. Sadly, this is not the same thing. It claims to be an improved version but I just found it really difficult to use. The material it is covered in is nice but far too "slick" so it doesn't really stay up. It is a very weird product and does not feel comfortable at all.

First off let me see this thing is fancy and definitely bougie. I initially had no idea how to use it and definitely had to read the instructions. I'm pretty good with not necessarily having to use instructions however this was so different it was definitely necessary. Using it on a recent trip to Tennessee I found it to be very lightweight, very useful and supportive. It is definitely good quality, well made, lightweight and super easy to travel with , much more so than your standard foam pillows and more supportive than your typical inflatable ones.Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep with it as I don't sleep very well on planes, however for the little cat nap that I did take it was very useful. I let my significant other use it on the way back and she said it helped her neck immensely as she easily falls asleep on planes. I requested this one this particular color for her and another color for me and they both look very nice. The material is very breathable however it seems it stretched a bit as when I roll it back up it seems to be a bit longer. Which for me takes away from the value a bit seeing that this thing it is close to $85. If it fits your budget and you have neck issues I would definitely suggest that you try it out.

This is probably the best gadget for sleeping sitting down, whether you’re in a car or in an airplane. I love how soft the material is, sort of reminds me of the brand Purple. It is cool to the touch so it doesn’t get sweaty after a little nap.I love the travel case it comes with, it almost seems water proof because of the velcro opening. Extremely high quality. Look at how compact it is, which is why I would prefer this over other pillows, can’t beat it!I am giving it a 4 because I would want the velcro to be a little closer or the long strap that goes around the neck to be a bit shorter so that it is more snug around my neck. I do understand how it could constrict people’s necks but it would be nice to have the option.
