We’ve only used this a handful of times during camping trips since we bought last year—max 4 times. Used it to extend a hammock 8” this weekend and the metal snapped when my daughter and I (210 lbs combined) got into the hammock. Ouch!

I just love this line. We live in a very hot climate, and running the gas dryer for hours just doesn’t make sense when it’s about 100 and sunny outside all day.We have columns we tie this between that are lime washed white—and were worried about marking and chipping, but it seems to be okay still about three months in.It’s amply long, and could even be doubled back if we really wanted.Strong enough to hold wet beach towels, bed linens, neoprene wetsuits, and even soggy hiking shoes.Would definitely recommend and but again.

Easy to use. Does exactly what it says. Because the hardware is on the end of the line you use, you will have to be very selective about your site. Pace off the distance. Otherwise, you’ll have to cut your line for each outing.

I'm a big fan of Gear Aid products, especially their repair tape. Their stuff is solid and well made, and this paracord is no exception. This comes with 50ft of paracord which is plenty to use as a clothesline or to string a tarp in a small area. The tensioners are well made and sturdy so they won't be breaking on you, and they're easy to use when setting up your line and easy to make the line taut. The paracord itself is also reflective which is a nice especially in the evening so you don't clothesline yourself on it. You can also buy a second set and easily set up the tensioners to create a 100 ft line/perimeter if needed. Additionally, the Gear Aid carabiner works great with this paracord, as it's supposed to, and I highly recommend snagging a few of their carabiners to use with this. This set is especially handy to have when backpacking as it doesn't take up much space and can be used for all kinds of applications. The extra cool feature is that it have 7 strands inside that you can pull out to use as thread, fishing line, quick knot applications, etc. Very cool feature to have and very useful in certain situations. Solid product and a must have for any avid camper/backpacker.
