I own three Dewalt Angle grinders, two corded, one cordless and it holds them all perfectly. The magnets are strong and it sticks to my welding table well, so I never have to worry about the angle grinder falling. I also enjoy the fact that it has a little slot to hold the allen key I need to change out grinding disks. It seems to be made out of decent quality metal with a decent paint job, so I have complete faith it will hold up over the years. I had the original one for 4 years now without issue.

They work awesome great for keeping grinders off of the floor or from falling off of the table.

These are great for setting on a table but thats it. You can't hang it vertically which i was pretty disappointed about. But its handy for keeping all my stuff together. I work in a confined space and having these help. I bought the other kind with the clamp on it and I like it a lot more just because I can hang it vertically. But if you're just gonna be on a table top try it out.
