Audio quality is good, camera quality is good, easy to install. Drawbacks, little to no app functionality, instructions for connecting are vague.Updated to 4 star. Support was very helpful and quick to respond.

This review is for the L1M Bluetooth headset... I notice that the reviews on this listing jump between the various model of Freed Conn products so you might not know which variation you reading a review for.Anyway, what I like about this headset is that it's cheap... what I don't like about is is that its cheap. You get what you pay for, so don't expect the quality of sound you'd get out of a nice set of over-the-ear noise canceling headphones. For the money, it does the basics. I installed it in my helmet and it was easy because this headset has thin, light profile. I paired to my phone (which was easy, no tech troubles) and I listened to some music and tested the min to max volume. Again, they don't sound spectacular but I didn't buy this for a quality music experience. I also recorded some voice memos on phone to test the mic, that worked out fine as well. The real test on the mic is to see how well it works in high wind setting (I wear a 3/4 helmet with no face shield), and I have yet to do that. I don't like the micro-usb dongle for recharging, I have to tuck it up somewhere and risk that it will pop out, but that won't hurt a thing if it does happen. I really wish it was usb-c but not all electronics manufacturers are there yet. So it isn't perfect, but you can't do much better for $19. If it fails, I'll just buy another one.

The camera is easy to use takes a little to learn the many features and functions of the buttons and instructions are a little vague for example you have to have the cam on to use wifi function to pair and the instructions says I'm missing a ptt Walkie talkie button control that didn't come with it. All and all I like it and would recommend 👌
