Biggest deal breaker for me is that there is no headphone plug (3.5mm plug) so you can not use your own speakers or earbuds. It uses usb micro for speaker/mic connection.I ride a very loud motorcycle (Buell 1125cr) and protect my ears with earbuds. Without the ability to plug my own sound in, it makes this product worthless.Update: The seller refunded me and said they are working to make a version with headphone plug. Hopefully they come out with one soon. Upgraded from 1 star to 3 for good service.

Fairly easy to install. The sound quality is nice and the microphone can pick up my husband. He enjoys being able to use a bluetooth while riding now.
