I must say this headset/intercom has seriously exceeded my expectations. Bluetooth functionality is flawless. It connects every time and seamlessly. Audio quality is amazing. I’ve spoken to a few people while I was on the road and for test purposes, tried it with my visor up. In all cases, both sent and received audio was excellent. The person I was speaking to had no idea I was on a motorcycle, they thought I was sitting in my office or at home. No background noise no wind noise. Received audio has plenty of volume and is very clear. The mount on the helmet is secure and recharging is very simple with the provided cable. My only issue is that the buttons are very small and difficult to control with gloves on. This hasn’t been a big issue for me because I am able to do everything I need through voice commands to my phone with Siri. I have only used this device for interfacing with my phone, I’ve not used it to communicate with another bike so I cannot comment on that aspect. In summary I am very happy with this unit and happy to recommend it to others.

I loved this product because you can program to talk to other close by rider. My son and grandson while riding. Then AGAIN you have to push the small buttons to connect. Love the phone function. That works pretty seamless.Bluetooth works great.Once you get the hang of the button locations it works great. 5 stars once you get the button location mastered. If you can’t 4 stars!

Let me get this out of the way first... This is the best option for the price. Period. Full stop. Especially if you catch it on sale, it's the only real option at this price point. It's fairly easy to install, looks *decent* if a tad odd on a helmet, and the battery life is PHENOMENAL - Especially if you stick to Bluetooth Audio. The mic quality is acceptable, but temper your expectations. Others said I sounded OK at lower speeds, but devolved into muffled sound at higher speeds - at least some of the time. (Yes, that's with a chin-skirt/guard installed in my helmet)With that said, it's not perfect. The audio quality is poor, but adequate. The audio cable has a tendency to crackle when turned in the headphone jack, and sometimes it'll only play audio out of one side until you turn it slightly. The button layout sucks. There's no fixing that. But, given time with the unit, you develop tricks to finding certain buttons. You could argue that with something like this, you shouldn't have to do that... And I'd say that's fair. But if you give the unit time, you'll learn the buttons and where they are. It's not bad once you've gotten used to them. This may just be an issue with my unit, but it's not detrimental. If you know anything about cheap earbuds from 2008 or so... This is basically that (but not quite as bad).Overall, it's a great set for the money... But if you don't want to use Bluetooth, want something with better audio quality, or something that's easier to navigate - It may be worth looking into a cheap Senna or Cardo set.

I got these, come in pair, sound is ok, install is also fine, but when second travel , microfone just stopped working. I would have to yell for others to hear me. After reassembly didn’t resolve, I switched the device and not the mic all was fine. Do not recommend.

After all the good reviews I figured I would try this unit out as my first comm unit before trying a more expensive reputable brand. So far I would say im dissapointed. Plays music just fine. First few times I received calls fine, now it seems to not pick them up.I havent used it as a comm with another rider yet so I cant comment on that...but im not optimistic based on my early use. I thought I would give it a shot for $60. Unit seems fairly well built. Too many small buttons so its difficult to use with gloves on. Install was easy. Overall, Im sorry to say I would not recommend this product. Spend your $$ on a Cardo or a Sena.Edit December 2020After a full summer of use I will say my opinion has changed...slightly. My connectivity issue with calls is sorted and working fine. I bought a second unit as a gift for my main riding partner. They connected easily and we got great use out of them. If you have a helmet that is quiet like mine(Shoei RF-1200) hearing is good up to about 100 KMH. My partner has a HJC and he has more issues hearing me. As previously stated, the buttons are small but after using for a year I have become used to them and can find them no problem even with my leather gloves. Definitely not the quality, features or easy of use of the big boys on the market. Still plan on upgrading to Cardo Or Sena. This will do for now.
