Bel case, leggerine forse le lamiere, ma per un ufficio è sobrio ed ha abbastanza aerazione

From an undeniable veteran perspective with varied experiences, the Fractal Design Core 1100 - Mini Tower Computer Case is a sensational finding in durability and flawless operation. Having served me tirelessly for six eventful years, I can bet on its efficiency and assure you that it could easily outlast the period I held onto it.It always made a simplistic but potent design statement with its minimalistic look. It's no less than an aesthetic marvel; the brushed, black aluminum outer shell transformed my average-sized work desk into an uber-professional setup.Resilient doesn't even start to cover its reliability, owing to the compact Micro ATX Case designed for exercising extraordinary airflow and cooling mechanism, working round the clock to ensure system stability. Credit is due to the single 120mm fan that silently bosses around, amplifying the shell's cooling efficiency and positioning the rig far from overheating issues. The front panel bears a sleek, three-dimensional textured finish next to awe-inspiring. Loading up on the functionality, the Comprehensive I/O, USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, and the automated available audio ports occupy the front panel granting easy reach and tripling the utility quotient. Innovation screams as you notice the vertical HDD bracket design, neatly engineered to accommodate varying drive sizes; such keen detailing ensures optimal space utilization, maintaining a clean, classy look.Indeed, maintenance is a breeze as front panel dust filters and closed top-bottom panels prevent dust intrusion, promising to keep the insides fresh and dust-free. The secret behind its longevity could be ascribed to the vibration-dampened mounting framed explicitly for the 3.5" Drive slots.I gave up on it solely to experience something new, not due to any noticeable dips in the case's functioning. It left me more satisfied than I initially thought any Mini Tower Case could be. For anyone contemplating a high-performing, long-lasting, and affordable case with an elegant design that erases the divide between functionality and aesthetics, Fractal Design Core 1100 waves the green flag.

No lo usaría de nuevo, metal muy delgado. Fractal es buena sólo en sus línea cara.

My build is a living room HT/gaming PC in the ~$800 CAD range. I bought this case looking for something well built, with options for expansion and customization and a decent look for home theatre. I am hoping this case will continue to be useful for many future builds.Great design borrowing from high end cases at lower price. Looks great, great features, low price. You can spend a bit less, but for me this case was the right nexus of low cost and great aesthetics for my first build. Many cases would look tacky in a home theatre station, but this looks similar to a speaker because of mesh panel on front. It has held well moving across the country, and has lots of options for customization. I have found it to be sufficiently silent in the 3 (very different) rooms I have set it up in.I think this case is likely among the very best options for PC towers in terms of quality/price, but I understand there are ~adequate~ cases for strict budget builds. If I had spent a bit more money, my eye was on the Fractal Define S or even r5, and there are lots of decent cases for cheap from Rosewill, Coolermaster, or the back alley of your local computer shop, but spending an extra $15-20 for this is a better long term choice.

This is a very attractive little case and it makes great use of the little space it takes up. Inside you have space for three 2.5" drives or two 3.5" drives and two 5.25" drives. The lower 5.25" bay has an adapter for both 3.5" drives and 2.5" drives. If you only have 3.5" drives, the core 1000 will support three of them straight out of the box. Installation of a micro atx motherboard is a tight squeeze, but your motherboard will not be damaged in the process. Airflow can go from "ok" to "very good" with some creativity and a few zip ties. The included 120mm fan isn't phenomenal but it gets the job done. I recommend you upgrade it to one of fractal design's 120mm venturi high airflow fans, along with another of the same fan on the left side panel to feed your graphics card(s). Installing a 92mm fan in the back of the case is definitely something I recommend, just so your PSU doesn't have to do all of the work. Something else that's really nice is that it includes a little tab with a loop so you can put a lock on your case. On the back of the case to the right of the I/O cutout, there's a knockout for a serial port header cable. There's even a 3.5" trim piece for one of the 5.25" bays, in case you have a 3.5" card reader or floppy drive that you would like to install. As you may have heard, fractal design has crazy good customer service. My power button stopped working so I contacted fractal design and had a new one by the end of the week.
