Arrived quickly .Had to buy a Wi-Fi dongle .Pretty sure the description said it had a wi fi card.Maybe I misread.Also , no HDMI.Again , my bad for not double checking .All in all , a decent price for a fast enough machine that we use for a small business.

Muy buena compra, excelente pc, llegó bien, sin embargo los repartidores lanzaron la computadora porque no habia alguien en el domicilio por fortuna no afectó al funcionamiento de la compu; funciona bien, es rápida y el teclado y mouse con los que llega tambien son muy buenos.

Es una computadora bastante buena, precio competitivo, hubo detalles buenos y detalles malos.Lo bueno:-Cumple con lo que anuncia, todos los componentes llegaron completos y en buen estado, el teclado es muy bonito, incluye teclado numérico y las teclas son suaves, el ratón es bastante sencillo pero cumple muy bien su función, ambos parecen nuevos.-Incluye también una tarjeta gráfica, GeForce 645, algunos comentarios mencionan que la que compraron no incluía ninguna, supongo que tuve suerte, pero compré un adaptador de displayport a HDMI que ya no use, lo bueno que no compré por adelantado la tarjeta gráfica.Lo malo:-El BIOS tenía contraseña, pero el vendedor ayudó a resolverlo amablemente, buena comunicación.-Le reinstalé windows 10 desde 0 y le puse una clave de activación propia porque parecía que estaba activada con el KMS, para mayor seguridad reinstalé todo.-Me comentaron que le dan mantenimiento y cambian la pasta térmica antes de enviarlas, pero ya que la había abierto pa quitarle la contraseña al BIOS, revisé y el procesador estaba limpio, pero no vi que tuviera pasta, así que le puse, al procesador y a la tarjeta gráfica, esa sí tenía la pasta vieja reseca.De cualquier forma me parece una buena compra, la que me llegó está bastante cuidada y bien equipada en cuestión de almacenamiento y RAM, no ha tenido ningún problema para correr aplicaciones o juegos pesados como el ATS, no he probado alguno que sea super demandante y obvio no espero que corra todo en ultra, tampoco le podemos exigir eso a un equipo con unos cuantos años encima, pero sin duda es una excelente opción para trabajo y entretenimiento, me parece que es posible instalarle otros 16GB de RAM, tiene 2 espacios libres, probablemente le instale otro SSD nuevo para el sistema en caso de que el que trae comience a fallar, incluso venía con un cable SATA extra, pero probablemente no sea necesario.

Extremely well pleased with this purchase. Computer looks nearly like new and works perfectly.But let me give you all a lesson. At first I thought it did not work as there was no video so I called Amazon to talk to someone about it. They immediately forwarded me to someone who was supposedly going to help me. However I had to crawl under my desk to get a number off the computer for them. Since I was under the desk with a flashlight and the phone it was not possible to write down the long number. Then that operator forwarded me to another person and this operation was repeated five times with a wait on the line for someone to talk to me each time. Finally... the last person advised me that the computer had originally belonged to the U.S. Government and was now out of warranty so I would have to go online and fill out a form to get the warranty transferred to me in order to get help. At that point I simply hung up. Then I called back to Amazon again and got a different operator. When I told her of my problem she almost immediately told me that another one would be shipped out to me and I would have it in two days. I did get it in two days as promised.But when I hooked it up I immediately saw that it had do video either. Then I realized that it must be a problem with my hookup. I had changed out the video cable to the monitor as well as trying several other things on the first computer, all with no success so I was now really stumped. As I sat there looking at the installation I spotted the video adapter that converted the Dell Display Port to the HDMI cable and decided that must be the culprit. I had ordered that adapter along with the first computer so it was new and I didn't have another one and couldn't get one locally. So I ordered a new cable with a Display Port fitting on one end and a HTMI connector on the other. Again that came from Amazon in two days. I immediately switched the first computer back into the installation and used the new cable for the video connection. The computer immediately showed video and I felt like a dunce. But the original adapter was new and it never occurred to me that it might be bad. Lesson learned. I had built five computers over the years and worked on many more and never before had a new part fail right out of the box. Again... lesson learned. Now I am in the position of having to return a perfectly functioning computer. So now I will gladly pay for the shipping of that second computer both ways, if possible. In two more weeks I'll be 88 so I don't expect to have to buy another computer in my life. Perhaps I can take this one with me.

So I purchased this refurbished computer to gain more options for my money. It is an older model computer that came out in 2013 with a few of today’s luxuries that have been changed out/updated. Things such as ssd storage vs hdd, windows 10 operating system opposed to windows 7 which windows is no longer supporting. New computers are just so expensive and come with barely any memory ram 4 gb on most computers and this computer comes with 16 gb. Sometimes a new computer doesn’t even come with an ssd. If I’m buying a new computer why does it come with an hdd instead of a faster ssd? Options like those come with a much higher price tag on new computers. So a refurbished computer with those options fit the bill for what I needed at a much lower cost. I purchased computer through Amazon and the company who refurbished it is Skytech Gaming, who is an authorized Microsoft refurbishing company. Every thing in the tower i received looks brand new minus the processor. (It’s a 4th gen intel processor, it’s not supposed to be new!) Skytech is also a gaming pc manufacturer. Even though this pc does not come as a gaming pc, if you purchase it and do a little research, and add a graphics card, this computer can be used as a gaming pc. (THIS COMPUTER DOES NOT COME WITH A GRAPHICS CARD) There are only certain graphics cards that will work with this slightly older technology. I just got ahold of a 1650 graphics card that should do the light gaming I want. DO YOUR RESEARCH! YouTube university is your best friend in this area!Before you make any decision on a refurbished computer, do your research on what options you want, what the computer is designed for/to do, upgradability, how much money are you willing to spend to make it a gaming pc, and research reviews of the company selling you the pc though Amazon. I hope you all have the experience I had with purchasing a computer through Amazon. Good luck and god bless

i7-4790 as mentioned in the product title is not what you received instead its i7-4770. But everything is ok as expected. Purchased it for budget gaming, I just plugged in my gtx 1650 and hell yeah 1080p gaming is smooth as butter.
