Solo he embotellado unas doce cajas con él, pero al momento es una gran adquisición, muy funcional.

Es bastante útil pero necesita anclarse a la mesa de trabajo porque puede resbalarse con la fuerza y se resbala más sobre mojado.Ya anclado a la mesa de trabajo funciona muy bien, tiene iman en dónde va la ficha

Really enjoying this capper !Fastened to a piece of scrap wood adds sturdiness and portability to cap in the kitchen or fermentation area - would be better if you actually had a 'bench' to mount to as it was designed for.Be prepared to run through a few test caps before actually capping your brew. Adjust height to about inch higher than bottle (or next slot). Pull down on handle and you should feel a lot of resistance. Continue to add pressure until you feel the handle become easier to pull an inch or two more as the capper finishes the crimping action.Tested with variable sizes of bottles with great results- finnally able to cap see through cerveza bottles that usually break with a two hand capper when pressure is applied to the neck.Well worth the price and added space the capper takes up with my brew equipment. Durability feels great and easier/safer to operate than a two handed capper. I don't expect it to fail anytime soon but if it were to I would definitely buy this brand and model again.

First time using a bottle capper. This one worked exactly as described. Easy to use and adjustable. Used it for Stubbies. 30 bottles in 10 minutes

Hasta ahora llevo alrededor de 200 botellas cerradas y todo funciona bien, se siente robusto y disminuye el trabajo comparado con el encorcholatador de mariposa, visiblemente quedán mejor cerradas las botellas

Some of the reviews indicate issues with requiring too much force, bending the handle, getting the caps + bottle stuck, loud bang on release, etc. I experienced _some_ of that, when it happens, tiping the bottle a little bit releases it with somewhat of a "bang".Updating this review as i am disappointed on durability - after bottling my 5th 5 gallons batch, the magnet came off. I dont see a good way of repairing this... so for now I have to put the caps on the bottles before placing them under the capper.

Llegó a tiempo. Parece ser de muy buena calidad, luce rústico. El graduador de altura está un poco "flojo" pero ya lo probé y funciona bien.La zona de fulcro y palanca (color negro, donde se acopla la palanca) es toda plástica me preocupa un poco que con el tiempo se desgaste muy rápido.

Excelente, me sirvió para botella tipo euro, siento el mango o palanca un poco débil a la hora de aplicar la fuerza, hasta el momento me ha funcionado muy bien.

Me acaba de llegar y esta muy bien aparte de resistente. En cuanto llego lo probe y quedo estupendo. Lo recomiendo 100%. Es mejor invertir en uno mas profesional. Ya que no recomiendo mucho la encorchalatadora de mariposa. Funciona y todo pero aun así no cumplio mos espectativas y obte por comprar este. Y claro los resultados son mejores.

An excellent bench top capper, but there was a break in period. The first few bottles got stuck, which was a bit nerve wracking (we anticipated beer and glass everywhere). After a handful of bottles, the capper worked perfectly, creating a tight seal. We didn't lose a single bottle over the following three months. However, I'm a small person and I had to position myself to use my body weight for leverage. I can't even imagine how difficult a hand held capper would be to use.

This bench style bottle capper is solid. I have confidence that it will be far more dependable than my old wing style bottle capper. The Colt does a good job of capping bottles, but the user should be prepared to pull down very hard on the lever when capping.UPDATE of 11/19/2017: I mounted the capper on a solid piece of wood, and this made it much easier to cap bottles. I no longer have to pull down hard on the lever when capping. I am sure that you will get the same result if you mount the capper on a work table.
