It’s really cute and small. I really do want to love it but it’s just ok. The springs need a bit of adjustment from time to time. Due to the petite size, you definitely CANNOT use regular size paper towels. You will have to purchase the small paper towels that suggested.

Usa otro tipo de medidas de sanitas, que igual las venden en Amazon, (no son las medidas comunes) yo no leíleí bien la descripción. El producto es útil

REGRETThe paper is described as slim-fold paper, however, the regular generic slim fold paper you’d find anywhere doesn’t fit in the dispenser. The only paper that fits is the slim fold paper from this company, despite the fact that it’s described as a regular slimfold dispenser in the title. You have to pay $30 for a box of their brand of slimfold paper, which is rather expensive, especially considering it’s smaller than other slimfold papers on the market. The paper itself is rough and the dispenser is cheaply made. It’s not worth the price.The return policy is not explained on the amazon site or product description. When we tried to return the product, we argued that their return policy wasn’t written, however, they referred to a return policy in their response despite there not being one available for the customers. Amazon also extended the return window for the item to give customers extra time due to the coronavirus, clearly stating that most of Amazon’s products and their seller partners are accepting the extension. Despite this, EZ-PULL wrote in their reply to us that they will be charging a 20% restocking fee due to the fact that we didn’t return it within one month, just as if you were to order from a site separate from Amazon; any benefits Amazon gives the customer, such as extended return windows and free shipping, will not apply here. They even told us our reason for returning was invalid a month after accepting our return request for both items.We would not have bought this item if we knew we not only had to pay a $35 SHIPPING FEE for two as per UPS, but also a RESTOCKING FEE that shouldn’t have even been applied on Amazon’s terms. We bought two of these and can’t use them at all. Just returning this item would cost me more than the item itself. I guess I’m stuck with them. Lesson learned: Beware of third-party sellers. Even on Amazon, you’ll find sellers like this. This is the coldest third-party seller I’ve seen on this site, especially considering the circumstances now with the spread of the virus.
