Great Scanner. Well built, works on all our barcodes. Currently using about 15 of these scanners with no issues.

I had put in a bad review for this Item because it only lasted about 9 months. I feel like I need to update that review to a 5 star because the company took such good care of me. They sent me new scanner and emailed me a few times to make sure they were working properly. I am sure it was just like some electronics it had a glitch. It is working freat and I am happy the company was so great to work with. I have now been using it for about 2 months and it is fantastic. It reads barcodes better because it is not a single line and can read small and large and some distorted barcodes. I really am happy with this product and would recomend it to anyone who needs a scanner. You can set it up to just read a ucp or both the qr code as well. I however only use the upc.

The scanner just wouldn’t scan anymore. We had trouble with this from the offset. It wouldn’t read the barcode which other scanners would read easily. And then after a couple of months, it would just not scan anymore. Just beeps

Rugged and durable which is needed in a school library! Easy to setup, and the ability to change modes is useful for things like inventory/ mass check ins. Battery lasts about a week before it needs charging (around 2000 scans). Love it!

Works great after getting it setup which is easy to do using the manual.Also has excellent customer service as we had misplaced the manualand received a replacement within a few hours!
