Easy to clean bin and doesn’t smell at all. I just rinse the carbon filter with hot water if it gets dirty. Cleans up and polishes to look brand new.

The compost bin is well made, solid, looks good on the countertop, is a good volume, and minimizes compost smells. The lid opens easily, yet seals well when closed. I highly recommend this product and wish I had found it sooner

This compost bin is the perfect choice if you are collecting compost for a backyard compost pile. I bought this to collect kitchen scraps to add to my cold compost bin. The container, lid, and handle are all solid metal, so I don’t expect any breakage for the foreseeable future.It is super easy to rinse out after taking out the compost. I don’t use any bags, and I’ve just had to quickly rinse this before using it again. There are no crevices or areas that would be hard to clean if something got crusted on.So far, it has contained the smell of the scraps just fine - though we empty it into the backyard at least once a week. As an added bonus, it looks sleek and doesn’t have the word “compost” on it like so many other products out there. We aren’t going to forget what it’s for, and it’s sleek and fits right in to our kitchen decor.

Shame I had to buy this from the US but it was well worth the wait - composting in the kitchen can be horrible with the wrong bin - they stink the place out and fill your kitchen with fruit flies. This is brilliant. Perfect size, easy to clean, no smell at all and no flies. Perfect. Pricy but worth every penny
