Realmente quita las manchas del piso l, limpia perfectamente, no se atora es perfecta. La verdad muy buen producto. Hay que cambiar más seguido el agua de lo que cualquiera esperaría con unos cubos de agua tan grandes pero la verdad deja tan limpio que vale la pena

El Robot esta genial, es mi primer equipo de este tipo de categoría y me quede sorprendido por lo bien que hace su trabajo. Cabe recalcar que apenas llevo un par de semanas con el equipo. Altamente recomendable con pisos cerámicos, los deja súper limpios. Aspira y trapea al mismo tiempo, tiene sistema de auto limpieza lo cual ayuda a no estar atrás del robot para descarga de polvo o cambio de agua, lo hace en automático directamente a la estación de servicio. (No tengo alfombra, así que No puedo dar mi opinión en este rubro). (El equipo tardo en llegar 4 semanas pero valió la pena esperar).

Todo funcionó excelente por unos meses, pero resulta que las placas de mopeo tienen un defecto en el que se van desgastando de la parte que las agarra al robot y llegan a un punto en el que se le caen por si solas con cualquier movimiento y ya no trapea.El fabricante ofrece unas placas de repuesto que arregla el problema pero solo envían el repuesto dentro de estados unidos y Canadá, no quisieron enviármelas a México y me pidieron contactar a Amazon que igual no me ayudaron ya que no pueden hacer nada y mi ventana de devolución expiró.Así que ahora mi robot solo aspira y no trapea, ni Amazon ni el fabricante son de ayuda.

I'm one of those I never leave a review type. I also don't usually spend this much money on Amazon so I thought I would share my feedback after 7 months of use. I'll start by saying I love this thing. My floors are always in tip top shape now. The vacuum suction is as advertised. The mopping is also terrific, I've only had a vacuum one before so I don't have a reference to another one. I'm assuming the hot water makes a big difference because unless something is caked onto my floor it'll clean it. Now the app.. the layout and the functions are built out very well.l in my opinion. Problem is it doesn't always function properly all the time. I have to restart the app a lot of times and it is very annoying. Sometimes I'll restart it in the middle of a session and then it has to redo a whole session again. I still gave this a five star because the robot vac/mop works that well. And that's really the reason that anybody is considering buying this thing right? So if you're wondering if this thing works well, absolutely it does. If you want an app that works just as well, maybe tamper your expectations a bit. Luckily I feel that can be corrected over time with some updates. For the love of God ecovac invest more money in the maintenance of your app please and thanks :)

got this thinking to invest one time in something expensive. absolutely garbage. I have thick rugs, even though this went on top of them it didn't pickup anything. the mops are useless and don't clean at all. not to mention they pretty much would go around the rug with the wetness causing more problems then cleaning. I literally ran the mop in one spot 5x and it still didn't get the marks out which was a splash of dried juice on hardwood. doesn't clean corners and goes off randomly ....biggest problem it keeps going to charge in the middle of one clean again ans again just the vaccum alone because the battery keeps dying that quickly. suction was very average. overall disappointing.

Let me star by saying that we LOVE IT. We bought this cause we have a new born and we don't have the time to clean. This baby cleans the entire house at 2:30 am and we come down to a beautiful home. Everything on it is great BUT, its not as smart as the ads tell you. If you have a charger hanging from a plug, either for your phone or laptop this guy will get stuck on it. Not sure why the ads say it avoid them. The first few nights it would not finish the job and it would take either my dads laptop charger, my phone charger, or my wife's mac charger. All different sizes and colours. My feed back to the company is to work on that and to also give more options for editing map and making custom areas and assigning names and tasks to them.

Me gustó, pero por el precio hace lo mismo que un robot económico y no limpia muy bien las orillas y esquinas. Se le borran los mapas y es complicadito de usar

This little robot does an awesome job. Vacuums, vacuums & mops or just mops. The vacuum suction is better than my Dyson. The scrubbing pads do an exceptional job on my floors (6x42 porcelain tiles that look like wide plank hardwood). These floors have been excruciating to clean in the past but now I just the the robot to clean. Housekeeping mode & voice control is great once you complete mapping, naming rooms & furniture. Every 7 days it does a deep edge cleaning throughout the house. Only things that need tweaking are improved battery life. Don't go too far if you're mopping...clean/dirty tanks need to be refilled/emptied often depending on the size of your home. Overall I am extremely impressed.
