It works very nicely, but here are some minor issues I've faced with it:- it doesnt do so well with floor ridges, which are there on my bathroom and kitchen area. I have to help it often times move across, which is very annoying. But I appreciate that it's helping me clean my house, so I dont mind too much.- sometimes the map doesnt work. So I have to keep it back to the charging spot and restart, which fixes the bug.- sometimes it will assume an incorrect position on the map so I have to adapt same fix as above.- Gotta reset it once a couple of months coz the map goes bad, it it starts to bump its head against the wall.- Gotta keep it clean, it job is to go into gunk, which will obviously get stuck to the robot too. I would have appreciated if the interior was a bit sticky-gunk-proof, to reduce the times I need to clean it..- Given a chance to buy again, I would go for the 'auto-clean' version, coz it's a hassle cleaning it and refilling the water after every couple runs.PLEASE DONT LET THIS GO INTO STICKY GUNK Like minor oil droplet spills / wet food particles, etc especially after cooking food will go inside and you'd have to spend waaay more time cleaning the robot, than cleaning the actual stuff on the floor. That's not the bots problem, that's the user's problem.Overall, Vacuum is amazing! My Dog fur's are so light that nothing else would work. I would move around to clean the fur and the fur would fly off. Dreame vacuum sneaks up on all fur and sucks it all in- which is so satisfying to watch. I bought this as a luxury item, but now it's a necessity! Been using it almost daily since the last 2 years. It's a part of my daily life and I am grateful that it provides tremendous value to my life~ 5/5 stars.

This thing has been an absolute godsend, makes that day to day cleaning super easy with the scheduling portion. Can't get right into the corners but that's no big deal at all when you think of it on a day to day thing. The mop setting is awesome as well, wish this model was able to take a cleaning solution like some of the other models but for a quick clean and mop this thing is second to none. Lots of suctions settings and really easy to navigate the app when it comes to the initial set up. Could not ask for a better little helper

Me encantó, escaneó mi departamento de manera fácil y rápida. Me gusta mucho que le puedes poner zonas prohibidas ya que yo no quiero que salga a los patios a limpiar y los respeta perfectamente. Es muy inteligente, rápida y silenciosa y aspiró perfecto todos los pelitos de mis dos gatos. Ellos no la aman, pero yo sí. 100/10 recomendada.

Su funcionalidad es impecable, cero fallas, como todo equipo lleva su mantenimiento cada barrida y eso está bien, para su correcto funcionamiento. Y a este costo la verdad está muy equilibrado

This is a fantastic product. I love it. 5 stars. My situation is:- No dogs or cats, so no dog or cat hair to clean- not a cluttered house- I take my shoes off before entering the house. Not much dirt, just dust.- No kids- Both rugs and tile flooring.I didn't think the basic Gestalt of how to use the Dreame robo vac was clear even though I had a previous robo vacuum. Here's what I learned.After it maps the house take some time and work with the map management in the app to divide your house into rooms. Using the room divider, use your fingers to zoom in and get your rooms right. In my case, I have a tiled kitchen which is open to a carpeted family room. There is no wall. Dreame robo had no way to decide these were two rooms, but if I want it to mop the kitchen and not the family room rug, then it is best if they are made into two rooms. Then I had to adjust the divide line between the two rooms because it was difficult for me to place it properly.I also divided my 1680 square foot single level home into 3 different sections of rooms. The point of this is to make it quick and easy to pick up what needs to be picked up or moved in only 1/3rd of the house. I can then have it vacuum a few rooms and a hallway twice, then return to the station. The next day I can pick up or move some chairs and an ottoman and do the next few areas. This can mean moving chairs from one area to another next to it so dreame can vacuum easier without having to go around all the chairs.The one imperfection I've found so far is that the mopping function doesn't spray enough water, even on the high setting. Next time I have it mop, I'll use hot water instead of cold and see if that helps. A YouTube video suggested this. Essentially, I don't think it adds any water to the damp mopping cloth I start with. - They tell us to clean the air hole, but that didn't help.Otherwise it does a great job and is quiet and even fun to watch.---Update July 25 2023: I emailed their tech support and was told to clean the tiny plastic water release holes. These are too small for even a small paperclip. Ends up there wasn't a hold, just an indent where the hole should be. I punched through with a tiny screwdriver punch tool, creating the holes, and it works fine now. A strong Sewing pin should also work.

Trabaja bien no la e probado con agua lo único k no me gustó es k si tienes escalera debes tener cuidado porque si la dejas se cae ...
