I have to say that for this incredible price, this little guy does an amazing job! He's good for a couple hours, picks up lots of cat hair and even little cat toys (?). On larger rooms he makes even tracks as if you were vacuuming yourself, but in smaller areas he's a bit more random due to bumping into things and redirecting. He finds his way back to base if he's within about 20 ft but I usually have to help him find it from another room. No biggy. I'm very pleased. Maybe someday I'll get a snazzier one but for between serious vacuuming with a "real" vacuum, this is great especially after grandkids and others visit and leave crumbs.

no help from manf. said it had a bad battery go back to amazon no help at all will never buy a B&D again. they will not stand behind their product at all. and are not sending a new battery to make it work. SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BLACK AND DECKER if you do you will sorry. forget about help from B&D.

It seems slow and confused, but is ultimately successful. It’s tempting to intervene when you see it going in circles, stopping to think or going around the same table leg four times. But if you leave it alone, it figures it out and cleans 95% of the space. I have to carry it to the back of the house and it goes through the bedrooms and hallway, but doesn’t find the hallway on its own from the living room. Bonus is that it gets under the beds which is more than I accomplish. I think it’s a good product for the price point.

This is the third robo vaccum. The first ones(not name brand )of those worked great, but broke after two years.So this time I opted for a name brand. This Black and Decker is so much better. But I would have liked two side brushes. And the Black and Decker app is not workingWord of advice. Do not use the QR code in the instructions. It leads you to a site that wants your card info and will charge you 49.00 a month. B & D rep told me not to use it. It's not their app. I love the suction. It cleans up a lot more than my previous ones.

Good 'entry level' robot vac - well made, simple to set-up (once you find their YouTube video - as the enclosed paper instructions are for a different model) - and easy to empty / maintain.Only negative is it's very easy to dislodge it from its correct spot on the charger, if you have inquisitive small children or pets :-) so it stops charging.
