I’ve been wanting a digital photo frame for a long time and when I got this for Christmas, I was so excited to use it. Unfortunately, this frame has been nothing but a headache and extremely disappointing. The app you have to use to upload pictures to the frame keeps crashing, I’ve only been able to upload 1 single photo so far. The frame allows you to set wake-up alarms and when I try to set mine up, the screen turns on and off. After resetting the frame, it’s now stuck on the main “Dragontouch” screen and doesn’t change. Immediately returning this picture frame because it’s been nothing but a headache.

Update: new frame sent and working great! Easy to use. App works well. I like it more than my Skylight.Frame doesnt work. Touch screen doesnt work. Frame cant get out of welcome screen. Entered code to link frame to app and it says the code is temporary and already expired.

Touch screen died in less then a year. Bummer.

I wish this had connected. After several attempts to contact customer service I finally got a callback. They told me to change my wifi connection so I contacted my wifi and changed it. STILL couldn't connect!!! Contacted customer service again and they had me try several things. Finally told me there was something wrong with the frame and to return it. To replace it with another is fairly involved and rep was rude when explaing how to replace it. I've given up and will just return it.frame size is great...like the look bit not worth the aggravation to deal with customer service again.
