My frame broke it is stuck on a red screen. I tried contacting Amazon. They say I need to contact seller. I try contacting seller but no way of doing so at all. Very upset

Okay aside from it being a total lie that it’s chargeable I don’t see what the problem is? It’s Frameo so you have to take it with a grain of salt - the date and time are never going to stick, “shuffle” (like most other electronic devices) is pretty much gonna play the same ten things over and over again no matter how many you’ve put on there, and I had a third thing but I don’t remember what it is now. Anyway, it’s still the best interface out of all of them. Mine came with some weird mark on the screen (YES I took the protective film off!) but it only shows when it’s off so not a big deal. Probably worth about $25 but hey, they’re going for $70 on Temu so that’s something. It works fine if you’re familiar with digital photo frames. I have it in my cubicle and I got a 7” for the other side - now THAT one has an issue. This one’s fine. Don’t buy it, though - wait for the price to go down.Also - could be completely wrong but I swear it said micro sd card. It takes a USB. and did I mention there’s no “charge”? Gotta keep it plugged in the whole time just like every other frame out there. K that’s it.OH - the good thing! At work we have the kind of internet that takes you to a website first, right? Like the kind at a lot of motels (I’m not rich enough to know about hotels but prolly the same concept) and this device, unlike the roughly 10 frames I’ve had before, HANDLES IT. No issues at all so I don’t have to use my hotspot. Now that I’ve remembered that I’m gonna add another star!

Se apaga, aveces parpadea la imagen y se distorsiona la imagen, para el precio no lo recomiendo

I bought this digital frame for my desk at work. I loved the size because I don't have much space and I liked that it came with an app. Seeing my pictures all day long truly helps me during the busiest of days. The app is easy to use and everything works over wifi. The picture quality is amazing even for such a small screen. You get all of that for such a great price too. Totally worth it.
