After 5 months of use no check engine light so it works

The series of fault codes pointed to this unit. Replaced unit and check engine light stayed out for 9 months. Fault returned. Outright module failure.Need a better quality unit than this Dorman.Replaced with OEM Toyota part which I should have done in the first place.It was only after I had this experience that I discussed the early failure with 2 friends in the repair business the response from both was the same. They both laughed - said Oh, you don't know how poor the quality is on Dorman electrical products? Never use them."I was going by the name that I have seen on the useful hardware drawers in auto parts stores for the last 40 years.

Package Appears to have been opened. Part looks as if it may have been previously installed. I’ll try it and update with any problems.Update: part worked just fine. No issues, thank you

So this dorman canister rebuild parts is great not bad for the price it’s the only part of a vapor canister u can replace if the canister not working power wise if the canister is crack or damage buy a new canister
