Most people are not going to need a 1 to 9 splitter but something to consider if you are looking at this vs a 1 to 4 splitter, etc.Often times HDMI inputs are too wide and end up blocking one of the ports. So in reality a 4 port HDMI splitter often ends up being 3 or even sometimes 2 outputs. Yes, there are ways around this but they require money and / or effort also. This splitter can handle all 9 signals very well- no lag, no drops. It also has some high end customization that tbh I don't even understand how to use. But I know you can do quite a bit of adjustments to prioritize signals to various displays with resolution differences, etc.Overall, this is a well made splitter than can handle a lot of outputs near flawlessly. Not sure there is anything really superior in the market around this price. It's just a little bit of overkill for me and most people for the value but I recommend

I'm using this to split a 4K HDMI signal coming off a security DVR system that is feeding 7 TVs and monitors around the house. I have several HDMI optical runs of 150ft, and this works great!

Got this 1 in 9 out HDMI splitter to distribute Netflix & Youtube videos throughout my dental office for patient entertainment & distraction. The Roku acts as a video source and all 9 TV's play the same video without any lag or unsynchronized audio. Switch is compact and can be placed anywhere. I used removable double tape to stick it to the wall without any drilling. Individual LED indicators in the front to indicate at a glance which monitor/TV is online or inactive.
