I want to start by saying i do know what refurbished is so of course I didn't expect to receive a brand new laptop. I bought it for online college courses which it works great for. It was easy to set up and the operating system windows 11 is great. I am giving it only 3 stars because the usb ports are hard to plug in and out, and they keyboard barely works. The keyboard is the most frustrating part. For example when i want to type the letter 's' I have to press the 's' key at least 10 times before it will work.Because I would have to mail the laptop back and wait 7-10 days for the replacement/refund/repair to be sent back to me, I chose not to return it. I had class starting soon and I couldn't be without a computer. I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse combo to use with it instead. The laptop itself operates great and supports connecting a second monitor on HDMI.Overall I'm good with it. For the price it's worth it.

Me encantó esta computadora y aunque la batería no dura tanto y se calienta del lado izquierdo es rápida, eficiente y ligera. Por desgracia, el modelo que recibí a veces enciende y a veces no enciende. La hubiera conservado de no ser por este detalle

The Dell 5400 i7 I got from Sky was in excellent condition. The laptop box had a checklist for components they test before shipping, it’s good to see some still do QC. I may buy another for spare parts.

Tiene muy buenas características a pesar de que el precio es bajo. Me agrado mucho que es touch. El único detalle que le encuentro es que disipa mucho calor por un costado (tiene unas rejillitas) espero que sea normal. Hasta el momento me ha funcionado muy bien

I've had this Laptop for a year now and it's been a great computer. It's small and compact. Looked almost new when I got it and haven't had a single problem with it. Great buy.

Under $300, and still fast and battery holds charge like normal. All in all solid and just what I needed!
