Excelente tiene pantalla touch, con posibilidad de ampliar RAM y disco duro hasta el máximo permitido

EL PRODUCTO SALIÓ MAL TOTALMENTE NO SE PUEDE CONFIGURAREL TECLADO MAL CONFIGURADO Y NO RECONOCE OTRO IDIOMA MÁS QUE INGLÉS NO ACEPTA OTRO LENGUAJE Y ADEMÁS LOS SÍMBOLOS VIENEN CON LAS TECLAS MAL Y LA DEVOLUCION ME SALIÓ CARÍSIMA LA MITAD DE LO QUE PAGUÉ POR EL ARTÍCULO. MUY MAL QUE PENA QUE PERMITAN VENDER PRODUCTOS ASÍ DE DAÑADOS O MAL REPARADOS.

El teclado falla y tengo que apretarle varias veces para que escriba, si me ofrecieron el reembolso pero tengo un teclado así que no me molesto mucho y por el precio está bien

La máquina se comporta excelente. Funciona de forma correcta. La recomiendo ampliamente el costo-beneficio es muy bueno.

Es un dispositivo en excelente estado pese a que es reacondicionado. Está como nuevo salvo algún detalle estético. Trabaja muy bien y con alto rendimiento. Dos características que no sabía es que se desbloquea con huella digital y es touch screen lo que la convierte en segura y versátil para el trabajo. Se puede trabajar en ambientes con poca luz por su teclado retroiluminado. Satisfecho con la compra.

Tiene sus detalles como la pantalla baila un poco, la batería no dura mucho pero es un muy buen equipo y por el precio mucho más. estoy contento con mi compra y conforme

The laptop claimed to be Excellent condition, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find a like new laptop, no visible signs of wear and tear. Quiet operation, and the i5-8265U is perhaps one of the best i5's in the market with performance similar to an i7. Only gripe was that the power supply provided with the laptop gave a bios error and was very slow to charge the battery even tho it was the required 65w, but appeared to be from an older laptop. I swapped it with a newer power supply from a previous dell laptop i had and it worked beautifully. Given the excellent condition of the laptop, I wont be holding that against the seller, but just something to check before selling. 14" is the better size that 15". The laptop is light, and well constructed. Battery gives atleast 4-5 hrs of run time, which is more than most laptops on the market these days. I would stay away from HP laptops, dell and lenovo quality is better.

Having the larger and faster hard drive, this laptop can handle anything that my tasks will require. It was ridiculously simple to set up and connect to my HP printer, which I greatly appreciated. It comes already loaded with Microsoft Office, and no bloatware. Now that my heavy, old clunker HP laptop has died, I am so thrilled with this lightweight, efficient little machine!

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop, but immediately after taking it out of the box I knew I made a good decision. The laptop is really clean and in mint condition. It wouldn't surprise me if I were the first person to have turned on this laptop. My item turned out to have a touch screen even though it was listed as non-touch. The sturdy build quality of the laptop itself exceeded my expectations too. I'm really happy with this purchase!
