Saw hollandaise sauce being made with a hand blender on YouTube. Bought this one and it works like magic. Mayonnaise too. Sturdy, well built and easy to clean.

This is a handy little device that can blend, chop and whisk anything you throw at it. Well, maybe not anything, but you get the idea.The Cuisinart CSB-175C has a sleek and ergonomic design that fits comfortably in your hand. It has a stainless steel shaft that can reach into pots, bowls and pitchers without making a mess. It also comes with a 3-cup measuring cup that you can use to measure ingredients or store leftovers. The best part is that it has a one-touch control that lets you switch between high and low speeds with ease.I've used this blender for making smoothies, soups, sauces, whipped cream and even pancake batter. It's also very easy to clean, as the shaft and the attachments are dishwasher-safe. The only downside is that you have to press 2 buttons at the same time for it to work. I understand that this is a safety measure but it does make it a little bit harder.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this blender to anyone who loves cooking and experimenting with different recipes. It's versatile, and convenient.

Llego muy bien empacada. Quisimos usarla por un tiempo antes de opinar y estamos muy satisfechos con ella. No es ruidosa y tiene buena potencia. Se desarma muy fácil para poder limpiar la parte inferior sin exponer el resto del aparato al agua y se arma nuevamente igual de sencillo. Viene con vaso medidor grande de plástico resistente. Es el segundo producto que compramos de esta marca y tienen muy buena calidad. Excelente compra.

Funciona muy bien. Hago smoothie todos los días y es super rápida. Apenas unos segundos y ya está listo. El botón del seguro solo debe apretarse al comenzar, lo cual lo hace seguro y es muy cómoda de usar. Buena y a buen precio.

Excelente calidad del producto sin embargo es algo tedioso al mismo tiempo Que se pulsa el mando también pulsar el seguro. Fuera de eso buena potencia y calidad de los materiales
