I didn't have super high expectations for this immersion blender/mixer despite good ratings I found because it's pretty inexpensive. I'm very pleased with the quality and so far, it works great.

I puree soups a lot, I make soap a lot, so I did find myself struggling a bit when my old immersion blender died. I purchased a different brand of immersion blender, but it was terrible and I ended up returning it after one use. A few months after, realising that I needed to settle on a hand blender once and for all, I looked at some reviews. This one came up as cheap, but it performed very well. I was hesitant because I wasn't sure I'd need any of the attachments, but I figured it was worth it to try it out.I read the locking mechanism was subtle (something like there was no obvious click), but I find the click to be present and effective. I've used the immersion blender a few times and really have nothing bad to say. I haven't used the whisk at all (though I actually will in the future if I make a whipped body cream).The chopping bowl? I love it. My food processor is bulky and annoying to clean (actually, I think is every food processor). If I use too small a batch (which isn't that small), it doesn't catch anything and spins blindly. But this chopping bowl is perfect. I've made spice pastes with, pesto with basil and spinach, whizzed up enchilada sauce with it... It's awesome and very effective at what I need it for.I do have some issues, though, particularly in relation to the chopping bowl (given I used this the most). For one, water seeps into the top and is pretty much impossible to get it. If I shake the top of it, I hear the water. I don't believe it's impacting the function (there are no moving parts in direct contact with the water), though perhaps a little unsettling that water is accumulating in there. The other issue is the blade in the chopping bowl is very wiggly. It will click into place, but it rocks everywhere and the clicking is impossible to register unless you take the blade off and realise it was hard to pull off. Again, I don't think this impacts the function since, when the top goes on, it'll lock it into place. But it's still a sign of quality that isn't quite there.I would still recommend this since it's been incredibly useful to me. But if the issues I brought up seem like they'd really bother you, it might make sense to go up in price and find a better immersion blender for yourself.

Ha resultado muy práctica, de buen tamaño, principalmente para quien cocina para 1-2 personas. Su limpieza también es sencilla y es práctica, ya que no ocupa mucho espacio al guardarse.

Funciona súper bien, está bonito el acabado, lo único que noté es que el motor es más pesado de lo habitual en este tipo de aparatos, sin embargo como es para uso corto, no afecta mucho, solo que sí me da pendiente lo usen mi hijo menor. El otro lo agarraba sin problema y este sí siento que si se le llega a caer es más probable que se dañe por lo pesado. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Está bueno, es fácil de utilizar. Es esa tecnología antibobos, todo se asegura con “clicks".Las cuchillas muuuy filosas, aunque cuando cortan creo que falta digan cómo poder hacer buen chip para que todo quede lo mejor cortado posible.De ahí en mas es bastante bueno.

Me gusto muchoLo compré para las papillas de mi bebeBATIDORA DE MANO- deja la papilla muy bien, no deja pedacitos de frutasTRITURADORA DE COMIDA- Para las papillas de comida, a mi bebe le gusta sentir los pedacitos de carne o arroz, en este caso quedo perfecto [Foto] 2-- tambien sirve muy bien para la mezcla para hacer hotcakes [foto] 1*ProsFácil de lavar a diferencia de una licuadora [foto] 3*ContraLa triturada es muy pequeña pero funcional y en efecto la aspa es un poco pequeña y no alcanza a triturar todo lo que esta en el vaso [Foto] 2

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mixer/chopper/whisk. I was ALMOST put off by some of the negative reviews. However, I decided to purchase anyway; the price point (under $20) was too tempting. The negatives that I read were: 1) the blender doesn't stay attached; 2) it is too low power to blend anything but soup; 3) it gets overly warm; 4) it doesn't last; and 5) over time the chopper attachment leaves little bits of black plastic behind in the food. I cannot address 4 and 5, as I have only had this chopper for a little over a week, so if it doesn't last I will come back and amend my review. As for the rest...I bought this chopper/mixer because we were taking a trip to New Orleans, couldn't change the date, and my husband broke his jaw. Although our accommodations had a kitchenette, I called and found out there was not a blender available. Since we would be flying, bringing our clunky countertop blender was not really an option but I needed to be able to prepare food that could be sucked through a straw. This blender performed admirably. Our hotel stay included a breakfast buffet, but I didn't think my husband would be able to eat anything. Wrong! With the help of this little mixer I was able to puree fruits (melons, pineapple, blueberries) then add two yogurts, some milk, and a banana. I poured it in a deep cup and blended it a little more with the blender attachment, and POOF: instant breakfast smoothie. (One reviewer commented that the blender splattered everywhere and made a mess in the kitchen; most immersion blenders work best if you use them in a deeper container.) I also pureed a muffuletta (a traditional New Orleans poor boy type sandwich), blackened chicken with pasta, and before we left on our trip the first thing I tried was pureeing some corned beef and cabbage. This little mixer has plenty of power. It won't, of course, replace a traditional blender, and I'm not sure if it would crush ice for a blended drink, but for a portable, compact, lighter weight alternative to several appliances, it does all that I'd hoped for and more.As to the blender head not staying attached, I had that problem at first, until I discovered that when you are putting it on correctly you can feel when it snaps and locks into place. Once I figured that out, I didn't have any problems with it coming off. I would say that, for myself at least, when the blender attachment came off it was ¨operator error,¨ since I probably did not have it firmly locked on.The last negative that I will address is those people who say it gets really warm or too hot. These sorts of blenders are not really designed to run for long periods of time. That said, I was probably running the blender attachment for two minutes at a time and it did not get noticeably warm. I also only pulsed the food chopper for about 10-15 seconds at a time, mostly because this usually chops the food more efficiently.
