I had a few of these hats for myself and I liked them so much that I had to get one for my son. He is 5 years old and it fits him perfectly. It really enjoys wearing the hat, which he primarily wears when we are on vacation, he is at summer camp or during an activity on a hot day like a visit to the zoo.The hat had a vivid deep blue color. However, the hat’s color is beginning to fade though. The hat must have been doing its job, as advertised, because it was a very hot day and my son was not cranky. The hat is made from some very durable fabric. The hat was very lightweight and comfortable. The hat has a strap that hangs and can be cinched up to below the chin to provide security for the hat from wind blowing it off.I like this hat. It is a smaller version of the ones that I own.

My boys age 5 & 8 both love these hats and get so many compliments on them. I’ve had quite a few people ask where these are from. They fit both of their heads really well and the chin strap is very helpful for the windy beach days.They don’t look super cheap. The one thing that does look cheap is the little plastic buckle thing that goes around the ribbon on the top of the hat. It doesn’t serve any purpose as it doesn’t actually tighten the hat so I wish they would just leave that off.I was able to pack them in suitcases and have them keep their shape well when unpacking them. Love how flexible and durable the hats are. We had bought other straw hats that broke the same day so I’m happy to report these do not break as they’re not made of real brittle straw.They also are very light weight and breathable so my boys don’t complain about getting sweaty hot heads while wearing them. They kept them on all through our Florida trip with no problems.

It's sunroof, water proof and hides their little faces from the sun perfectly. the chin string tightens for ease of not falling off. and the tightener in the back makes it fit any head shape and size. We love them!

My son loves this hat. He’s 18 months old and this is the only hat he will wear. It’s sturdy but lightweight. I like the orange color because it stands out in crowds and to drivers when we go on walks. So far, he’s worn it to the zoo, aquarium, beach and around town. Still looks like new!

My preschooler loves this hat. It's hard to get her to leave a sun hat on but she will keep this one on because she likes the bear design. It's a pretty yellow color. Does a good job keeping the sun off. Fits true to size. Recommended.
