After my meager collection of jewelry was stolen during a break in am replacing. Wanted a simple chain.The blue is actually visible - I didn’t think it would be. As the linksy move brief glimpses of true blue are visible amidst the black. Links aren’t tiny or “playa” clunky/thick/huge.This is a heavy chain. Like significant weight - very sturdy. I am aware it’s there while wearing.For those whom have hairy chests - to all you Wookies & Sasquatches - the links might wax you one hair at at a time if no shirt is between you & it. The lobster claw closure also - as typical for this type of clasp - can be a struggle to get both ends linked up & close tge gate before the end pops out & have to start all over again. If solo & not practiced with this type of clasp, be patient & give yourself time.Comes in a jewelry bag & nice small box, both of which I kept for storage.Too soon to tell honestly if the metal will tarnish quick or the color will fade/flake off/peel, only time can reveal those secrets.This could work for dates, casual-nice occasions.

You look at this chain and you’re thinking the man that wears this must walk down the street and command respect from his adversaries while the gender of their choice must swoon at his feet, Correct? It will do those things if you could do those things before. I would even say that this chain will magnify those qualities in you to a certain degree. The chain does have that “homme fort” (French for tough guy) appeal to it.I went with the black silver look, and first thing I look at with these add on finishes, is this going to be exposed to shower/sweat and start flaking/rubbing off and look like a necklace I got in a claw machine by the end of the afternoon? Luckily, this chains finish stays awesome. I’ve worn it for almost a week. I shower once/twice daily and I’m very physical. VERY physical. I’ve gotten a good number of compliments that suggest it’s not just me that likes it. I got the 22 inch because I am already rocking a 20 inch chain.The clasp looks/feels ok - time will tell. I like that it’s gigantic. Another plus for them as many times jewelry makers will get cheap and tiny for the clasp.Heres my final thought on this chain for others. I have a hard truth that maybe it’s time some of you admitted to yourself. You can’t a handle a chain like this. “It’s too big.” “I’m afraid of wearing it.” “My wife left me for a bigger chain.” It takes a big man to wear a big chain. But big on the inside. I’m 510”/feather weight of 160lb. It looks magnificent on me. You just need to be prepared that men will challenge you when they see this shining through your glistening chest hair, whatever the length you prefer, its savage girth intimidates, and like two alpha gorillas meeting in the jungle, it’s quickly timeto square off for a dance off. Pop and lock with a break dance finish. Like the worm or something devastating.Lastly, a chain like this suggests you do something with machinery, probably with your hands. For me, if you guessed computers, Jack, you got it. If you’re just a cowboy you might wanna say you do construction though.Attached is a picture of my cat, Prada Socks, who always models my accessories to perfection.

This is a nice chain. It is on the bigger side, so if you prefer something a but more dainty, I'd look elsewhere. The quality feels nice. I do wish it had a better clasp.
