It looks very sturdy and rommy for a road trip. Good size for carrying around. It also has a dry spot that allows you to bring wallet, key and phone. I can't wait for my trip to the beach. I'll give more updates.

This is a nice cooler. It comes with a carry strap. It is advertised as easy to clean, I’m not sure about the top because it is a canvas material. The rest will definitely be easy to clean. Color is as shown in the ad.

This is the Coleman Pro 16-Can Premium Soft Cooler. I think it's Coleman's first foray into soft-sided "premium" coolers. To compete with the likes of rtic and yeti. This Coleman is a bit smaller than the rtic 20 can version but it's half the price at $69 (nice). The Coleman has a thick tough blue ballistic nylon exterior, which I think will wear well as time goes on. It may get scuffed and dirty, but it's probably easy to clean with a little Dawn soap and water. I'd recommend spraying it with Scotchguard to help protect it from moisture and stains. It's got a nice big pocket built into the lid that acts as a dry storage area for any items you don't want to keep in the lower cooler area with ice and whatnot like your phone and/or wallet and other items. I think it's a great feature and it appears to be bigger than the one on the rtic cooler. On both sides of the cooler there are "Molle" style loops where you can attach any item that will hook to those loops. Maybe a bottle opener or wine corkscrew? It's a little extraneous to me, but I guess a low cost feature to add that isn't on any of the competitor's soft coolers. The bottom is a hard rugged material with a slightly raised ridge all around near the edges to provide a small lift off the ground when put on a hard surface. And a "Coleman Pro" logo stamped in so you don't forget what you've got.The inside of the cooler is finished in a thick plastic material that will keep water in as long as you don't flip the thing over upside down. This material lends itself well to easy clean up with a cleaning wipe or a damp paper towel. The zipper around the top is nice and thick, although it does tend to get caught on the nylon lip on the inside quite a bit. Just be careful when zipping it up and you'll be fine.We took this cooler on an overnight staycation in town and I filled it with a six-pack of adult beverages along with 3 medium sized blue-ice gel packs. It kept the beverages nice and cold for 24 hours in a 72F hotel room. That's about what I would expect from a nice thick "soft" cooler such as this. With the right amount of ice and ice packs, it will definitely keep your drinks cold on a hot day at the park or beach. There is no drain hole or plug on the side or bottom, so if there's liquid from melting ice or condensation, you'll have to open the cooler up and tip it upside down to get it all out.I like this cooler and expect to get a lot of good use out of it come this summer. Recommended!

This is great size--like an oversized lunch cooler. More room than a typical lunch cooler which is good for those of us that work 12-hour shifts. I don't have ready access to a refrigerator and it's well insulated and keeps things cool all day. The zippers are robust and the exterior nylon is tough. I'm a little concerned about the interior because it's kind of loose with extra material (you can see this in the photos) and I'm afraid it's going to snag on sharp edges like meal containers. I'd prefer a quilted material or ripstop so a snag would be stopped easily. I'm sure it will be fine for bottle and cans with smooth edges, but I often jam a bunch of takeout containers in and worry about cutting the interior lining. It's smooth so it's you can clean it with disinfectant wipes but the extra folds make crevices that are harder to clean. It is holding up fine so far and I will update if I run into actual problems with tears or rips.

I've used this cooler for a few months to get a sense for how well it performs.Construction---------------- A+ quality. The zipper is heavy-duty, though it does make it somewhat difficult to open. I think the trade-off is worth it, I'd rather have a zipper that doesn't break versus one that is so easy to use that it comes apart!- The inside is sealed so that if anything inside the bag were to leak, the "bathtub bottom" would keep it from leaking over your house, car, etc, as long as the cooler is upright.- The top pocket is a nice feature, I sue it for utensils, napkins, and food that doesn't require being chilled. It's a great container for my apple and orange!- Lots of tie-down options.Performance---------------- This is not an overpriced, name brand, hard-side, "5 day" cooler. If you're getting this to keep ice cream frozen for days on end, don't!- This is a good lunch box. It's made to keep food and beverages reasonably chilled for several hours. Think "I want a cold soda at the beach" and this will definitely keep your soda cold for 2-4 hours.- As a real world case, I packed this with some fridge items and 3 ice packs, drove 4 hours, and the contents were still reasonably cold.Value------------- The big name hard-side cooler costs 3x as much. I think this provides good value for the money. If you need the truly top-end performance, great, but for the rest of us, this is a good deal.
