This product was leaking on one side and left spots of water (with whatever is inside) on my pillow and bedding. Not safe to use when it's mentioned in the instructions to not take water out of it because of whatever is inside the pillow so I had to toss it out.

So, I received my Chillow after quite a long wait. Overall, fairly disappointed with it and unlikely to use it. Firstly, this IS NOT a gel system. It's a plastic pillow with a sheet of sponge which you fill with water. On the other side of the Chillow is a very large outlet to fill it with said water which is bulky and obtrusive. A good idea but executed incredibly poorly. I'd recommend you do not buy this product, it really is rubbish.

Cooling Pillow is for my wife. She sleeps using this pillow as it gives her the cooling comfort that she wants to assist with her menapause. She loves it. Great product.My expected delivery date was Dec. 24th, but to my surprise it arrived on Dec. 8th.
