I got the XL. It was too long and flared out at the bottom. Chest area fit well 38G/43 in.

Very nice linen vest. I bought XL. Pockets and buttons are a very nice touch. Vest is lined with a polyester. The vest is lightweight, but for Florida is hot, especially when I won’t wear it without a t shirt. Don’t like to open my arms too much. Will work for the Florida winter. Fit is just right, very comfy and price is very goodI am 5’4”, 169 lbs, 36C

I specifically ordered this vest because the buttons were the same color as the fabric, regardless of the color you chose. That dresses it up a bit. When I received mine, the buttons were NOT black (thats the color I ordered) but a very light creamy color.

I'm in two minds about this vest. The beige is a light cream shade as shown, though the buttons have little brown blotches on them as I think they are made of bone (or made to look like bone) so that creates more contrast than the picture which is all one color. The vest is sewn and finished well with no weird seams. However, I am not sure if the cut is terribly flattering. It is a long length as shown on the model, however in the product pictures there seems to be a more obvious 'flare' between the waist and the bottom of the vest which gives it a stylish look. I selected my recommended size, a Medium, which seemed to make sense as I am between sizes 4-6 so I figured there would be room for my chest and hips. However, it is almost a bit too roomy, and the neck is cut high so it looks a little manly and boxy on me. The arm holes gape open near the sides of my bust even though it isn't tight. I have a feeling that the size Small would have been more flattering on me.
