The days of tailoring were long gone. I am settling for this vest as a compromise.The good: the neck and lapel are reinforced to keep them from rolling or out of shape. The pockets are nice to have. The buttons are well chosen (not big and draw attention).The not so good: a metal cinch is on the back side. The tab is sewn therefore no waist adjustment possible. Why waste a hardware that provides no function and nothing visually enhancing? There is no fabric content tab. I am guessing it is cotton linen with some poly blend. It is not a quality fabric.Overall it is a decent vest to wear with shirts, tees, and thin tops. I like the sizing. S for me is not too loose but not tight (36” chest, 28” waist). It doesn’t look good wearing outside a denim jacket, a hoodie jacket, or any coats.

Soy talla L, lo pedi XXL y me quedó pegado al cuerpo. Yo buscaba ese estilo oversize que aparece en la foto pero terminé con un chaleco que a penas me cierra. Si eres talla S compralo XL o xxl para que te quede como a la modelo.

I bought this in several colors and like them all. I wear a size 16 top and bought XL. It fits nicely and I really like the pockets. It's a great third piece to add to your wardrobe when it is warm.

The fabric is a nice weight. But it is not hip length and I am short at 5’3”. I haven’t washed it yet, but I won’t be surprised if it shrinks up a bit I would definitely order a size larger than you need if you want that slouchy boyfriend look. I ordered khaki color and it’s a deep tan the color of Carhart pants.

I have never had a problem wearing an X-large but this item was so small it had to be sized wrong or they are making them smaller than usual.
