I regret purchasing the Brentwood TS-128 Electric Tortilla Press. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I’d like to share why.Firstly, I received a broken tortilla press out of the box. This was a huge disappointment and a sign of poor quality control. Even when I tried to use it, it was evident that the press was not functioning as it should.The tortillas did not come out thin at all. Despite following the instructions, the rotis turned out thick and chewy. This was incredibly frustrating, as one of the main reasons I bought this product was to achieve thin, professional-quality tortillas.Additionally, the press feels cheaply made. The materials used are subpar, and the overall construction seems flimsy. It doesn’t inspire confidence in its durability or performance.In fact, making rotis by hand is faster and produces better results than using this electric press. I found the whole process to be more cumbersome and less effective than traditional methods.Overall, I would not recommend the Brentwood TS-128 Electric Tortilla Press. The issues with quality and performance far outweigh any potential benefits. Save your money and stick to making tortillas the old-fashioned way.

Mucho jugo en el perno de la parte superior y se levanta al presionar dejando una tortilla muy gruesa,El frente de la parte superiores requiere un soporte para que se pueda presionar y la palanca necesita un aumento de lo contrario no apoya sobre la tapa para poder presionar la masa adecuadamente.

The product is very low quality, first I received the product via mail not taped up and without a packaging box, it was just mailed as is in its original box. Once we received it it had grease or black stain all over the handle which is plastic, it weighs like a feather. We tried it giving it a chance and used it maybe twice and we make tortillas weekly so know what we are talking about, yet when pressed the plastic piece broke. It was not pressed hard as it is flimsy and as you can see from the picture you can see the quality of product for $60.00. The experience from the beginning should have just made us return it. We called customer service and they want us to pay $26.99 to send out a new one since the Amazon warranty expired by 1 day. They stuck to their rules and did not want to send one. Why would I pay again for something that is not worth the money. It is very cheaply made and this could be ongoing as I am sure it will break again. So no refund and if anybody wants to buy this I do not recommend it, you might as well gamble your money. Terrible experience with this company after sending pictures and telling them what happened. It was a waste of our time and money... Look out for this company.

A LOS 4 MESES DE USO, DEJO DE CALENTARSE USABA UNA VEZ POR SEMANANUNCA APLANO BIEN, SI LE PONIAS LA BOLITA DE MASA SOLO APACHURRABA POCO Y COMO QUE LA EXPLOTABA SE ROMPIA, YO TENIA QUE EXTENDER DE FORMA MANUAL A UN TAMAÑO CONSIDERABLE CADA TORTILLA Y PRACTICAMENTE SOLO LAS PRECOCIA.

I never thought that it would be perfect for me. I really really love it. I was watching lots of you tube videos..... Bad reviews...I was confused.... At last I made my mind I bought it.And it is great great product.There is some rumours that it does not make it.I am telling, it is a great product, you can make it.You need to be sure that the dough are proper for it.Please check some YouTube videos how to make tortilla dough for tortilla maker,Because it is different than regular dough.
