I love a good homemade waffle, but I hate the hassle of cleaning and greasing a waffle maker, only for them to stick and cause a mess and ruin all that is great about weekend brunch at home. I've gone through so many "non-stick" waffle makers, prepping them, greasing them with spray, butter or vegetable oil and it always ends in a failure of burnt and/or stuck on waffles that take hours to clean. I gave up on waffle makers, and thus homemade waffles for years now.I was very happy to find these moulds. They are small and easy to store away, taking significantly less space than yet another electrical appliance. Waffles don't stick at all and cleanup is simple. I can also bake 8 waffles at a time now instead of one at a time as with an electric waffle maker.I used my classic American fluffy buttermilk pancake recipe, which may not be the best for these moulds as they are very soft and airy and rise too much while baking. I baked them at 200°c with the mould on a baking sheet until brown, then I popped them out upside down onto another baking sheet under the broiler to continue browning the tops.I'm sure with a recipe specific to baked waffles and these will produce perfect results.

Très bon produit. Facile à nettoyer et à utiliser. Sauf que les gaufres sont très petites, deux gaufres font une gaufres de foire. Sinon elles remplacent aisément un gaufrier, sauf le temps de cuisson est le double.

I had one of these already (which I purchased elsewhere) and felt that having another one or two would be helpful so that I could throw them in the dishwasher and use a different one while waiting for the other(a) to be cleaned. I use these almost every day for flourless banana waffles and spray a little olive oil spray in them before pouring the batter in. This has made making my breakfast each morning so much easier! They are a great value and have held up well so far.

Facili da usare e pulire. Gli stampi possono andare in forno e in lavastoviglie e iwaffles sono venuti buonissimi
