As the title states, I was able to get everything to work properly, except the power steering pump stayed super noisy. I bled the PS pump by filling the PS pump with enough fluid (to the max indicator), turning the steering wheel fully locked to both sides, around a number of 40-50 times, with the car/engine OFF.Once I started the car, I continued to leave the reservoir cap off and turned the steering full lock to both sides, an extra 15-20 times or so. If done correctly, most of the air stuck in the hydraulic PS lines, should have been bled while the car was off. When turning the steering wheel full lock to each side, you should NOT encounter any tight spots or great resistance in the opposite direction. If any of the mentioned persists, along with vibrations in the steering, you most likely have more than a little air trapped in the hydraulics, and will need to bleed it continually.I unfortunately had a fully functioning PS pump, but it would make a supercharger-like whine (no, I’m not exaggerating or kidding) above 3k+ RPM’s. Under that rev range, the PS pump was quiet, but from 3-7k, it basically sounded like I had a supercharger installed. Nice prank to play on others, but gets annoying quickly….I would probably stick to either Cardone or OEM (AC Delco/GM) brand. Cardone is also a hit and miss, as is most other aftermarket units, which are all generic and re-branded… OEM is the best way to go, unless you want to spend $500-700 for a Turn One racing PS pump setup. Or if you’re really wild, Lingenfelter makes a setup starting at $900+. AVOID DOING DONUTS AND DRIFTING, AND FULL LOCK STEERING HABITS!
Don’t work well and have noisy sound

Yhis power steering pump installed just fine. I bled it by lifting the front end up and turning my steering wheel lock to lock 5 or 6 times. It was a little noisy at first, but after I took it for a 3 mile test drive its quiet now just like the original was. The machining, coating, welds on the pulley, and reservoir all look really nice.
