Increíble. Tengo una perrita yorkshire muy joven, le ha dado por hacer pipi en todos nuestros tapetes. La compre en la desesperación y con el propósito de no mandar lavar mis tapetes, especialmente el de mi bebé. Funcionó perfecto. Está anunciada para alfombras pero yo la estoy usando para tapetes de área y funciona muy bien. Funciona en mis tapetes de pelo corto y pelo largo, igual para los muebles de tela. Es sorprendente como sale el agua negra cuando piensas que tienes todo limpio en la casa. La recomiendo muchísimo.

I bought this to replace an old Hoover cleaner that had started to leak. The positive reviews sold me. Here are my thoughts after the first use.1. Easy to assemble2. Long cord. In fact so long at first it was hard to manage until I looped it around the 'hook' on the handle, then all good.3. So easy to fill. Pop out the tank, fill with hot water from the tap and pop back in. [much easier than my Hoover that had a tank for water and a tank for cleaner]4. At first couldn't find the on/off switch as was expecting it on the handle. Yes I did read the booklet but was more interested in the mix of solutions.5. And read the manual as it does cover different levels of cleaning and number of passes to wet and suction.6. I have two West Highland White [pig] terriers that dig and roll and bring in dirt and mud even if it is dry as a bone. So as I said, I did the max clean swipes. I could see the water being sucked up.7. I used the Pet Stain and Odor Antibacterial solution trial size so must buy more now.8. The carpet looks much much cleaner. I had realistic expectations as the carpet is older and as I mentioned about the pig-dogs......do not go into this experience thinking your stained rug is going to look brand new as that is a fantasy. But stains lifted so the carpet had a clean, uniform appearance.9. The top tank is for the clean solution. At first I had to get used to the balance with a gallon of water on the top but that was OK as the whole unit is very light weight compared to my heavy Hoover. Easy to manage.10. When finished I rolled it onto a pet pee pad and then turned it off as my old one used to leak after being turned off. This one did too so don't turn it off without something under it. To me, this was normal as I dealt with it for years but maybe this is not supposed to happen. But just a warning as it did.11. Removing and emptying the dirty tank was so easy. It pulls out with a little handle to manage it. It has an attached flap that you pull up and then you pour out the dirty water. Popping it back in was a bit more of a challenge but after I released the handle to bend down it easily slid in. Not sure if I was at the wrong angle or if that is a requirement. Need to review the manual again. Of note is that my old one had a screw off cap to empty the tank and it occasionally fell into the water I was pouring out [gross....]. I repeat this one has an attached flap so no worries!!All in all a good experience for my first use. Should I have any future problems with the next use I will report back but I would recommend.

Me gustó mucho, realmente limpio muy bien, hubo unas manchas que no quitó pero ya tienen mucho tiempo, pesa pero no es difícil moverla o manejarla, quedo oliendo un poco raro pero se que fui yo, ya que presionaba cuando no era el que saliera el líquido, o pasaba más veces de las que dice, aún así fue fácil de usar y seco bastante rápido, cuestion de 1 hora, y en las zonas donde pase ee más solo un poco más, pero no fue de una noche o horas eternas, y quedo bastante limpia. En mis lescaleras no cabe, pero con sus accesorios logré hacer el trabajo igual de bien. Limpiarla y rearmarla fue fácil, mi única queja sería que hace demasiado ruido, pero se que es parte de este tipo de maquinas

Our carpets were dirty from 5 YEARS of being ignore. We don't wear shoes in the house, but we do have a small dog. We vacuum regularly (at least once a month). But we were in for a rude awakening once we started cleaning. The photos speak for themselves. AMAZING cleaning power out of this machine! Easy dis/re-assemble an cleaning. Pet Pro + Oxy solution smells nice. I don't like the fabreeze smell version. We also used the 2x Boost formula for the first clean.1) Easy to use! Works like a vacuum. Be sure to read instruction so you fully understand machine maintenance.2) it takes A LOT of refills to get this area clean. Our apt is only 1000 sq.ft so this took 4-5 refills for both areas. Be sure to buy the large pet pro solution with this machine! The trial will only get you through 2 tanks.3) Nice accessories come with the vacuum! For carpets and hand cleaning. Works great on furniture. I haven't tried it on stairs yet, but I'm sure it will work great.4) Took about 4 passes to get from beginning to end result. 2 passes with solution on max clean, 1 pass w solution on deep clean, 1 pass with plain hot water (to suck up the rest of the soap). This took the whole weekend to accomplish.5) Dries fast! The Max clean will need overnight to dry. I started around 2pm on a hot summer day and had fans running constantly. Took a sliced 24 hours to dry. On deep clean it really only is a few hours. I haven't used express clean because I don't really see the purpose since it uses so little water, it doesn't really suction up much dirt.Great investment! This machine will surely pay for itself over the next several years. I'm super happy with this purchase!

I purchased the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Max Clean Pet Pro Full-Size Carpet Cleaner, 1986 last week and used it yesterday for the first time. It came well-packaged and practically assembled except for the handle and a few parts.I hesitated purchasing a carpet cleaner on Amazon because the reviews on the majority of carpet cleaners are atrocious. I had to bite the bullet, however, because our well-trained McNab hasn’t been able to control her bladder due to her meds. She’s been suffering from tick-related illness (anaplasmosis) and been really sick for almost 2 months now.Anyhow, I used this Bissell Carpet Cleaner yesterday. My first cleaning went smoothly except for the second Clean Water Tank Refill. This tank would no longer fit/sit on the grooves, hence I’m unable to use the cleaning solution. I have tried many many times but was unsuccessful to securely fit the Clean Water Tank. For some reason, the plastic tank container expanded (became bloated) and would no longer sit on the receptacle. Our tap hot water is about 110ºF. The Clean Water Tank has a 160ºF max temp. I decided to leave it alone overnight.This morning I tried to install the Clean Water Tank (empty) and yet it gave me the same problem. It just would not fit. I decided to contact Amazon (online chat support is so much easier and often painless). I was advised to return the entire unit for a replacement or refund which I didn’t want to do because I had already discarded the packaging inserts. Also, there’s nothing wrong with the suction function. The problem is the Clean Water Tank. It’s defective.I noticed that Amazon sells the Clean Water Tank, unfortunately, it’s not in stock. I hope Bissell can remedy this problem. I have no problem returning the Clean Water Tank for a new replacement that actually fits. Amazon customer service definitely deserves 5-star but the BISSELL ProHeat 2X Revolution Max Clean Pet Pro Full-Size Carpet Cleaner, 1986 only deserves 2 Stars. I will change my rating appropriately as soon as I hear from Bissell.UPDATE: Aug 27, 2020I just upgraded my rating from 2 stars to 4-1/2 stars.Bissell has reached out to me and offered to send me a new Clean Water Tank. Bissell has left a message to contact the company in response to my Amazon's review.I had originally called Bissell but due to COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to hand up because I was on hold for more than 45 minutes. I tried Bissell's online chat support. I was able to get someone live. After sending them a photo as of the defective Clean Water Tank. I was informed that she will send me a Clean Water Tank replacement free of charge.I received the new Clean Water Tank last week. It's a different color but seems to fit and work without any problems.Amazon and Bissell are to be commended for having such stellar customer service. I refuse to criticize products just because they were made in China. This is such a ridiculous excuse to criticize products. All the Apple products I have owned (iPhone/s, iPads, AppleTVs, Apple Watches, HomePods, MacBooks, iMacs, LG, Samsung & Sharp TVs) have all been made in China. I have also purchased power tools, hand tools and large & small appliances that were made in China that are reliable. I have also purchased many products that were made in USA that lack quality control. Not all products made in USA are reliable nor do all products made in China are terrible so please quit using "made in China" as an excuse.This Bissell was made in China. Despite of the defective Clean Water Tank, this portable carpet cleaner is actually a reliable, effective carpet cleaner. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner. I do recommend that you empty the unused solution inside the Clean Water Tank and always empty the dirty water tank after each use. Also remove all the debris (pet hair, carpet strands, etc) stucked around the rotating bristle.

Perfecto. Caro pero lo vale.Rápido de usar y los cepillos giratorios súper potentes. Tengo 3 perros, los tapetes no duran de lo sucios que se ponen. Aspirar no basta. Tallar a rodilla una pesadilla. Esto me devolvió el sueño de tener tapetes!

Funciona muy bien para alfombras de hilo corto, sin embargo no, para las de pelo largo, hay que cargarla prácticamente para que no se atore. Recoge muy bien el sobrante de pelo de mascota, aún antes de haberla aspirado. Trae 2 botes de regalo, pero para lavar 2 tapetes de 3x2 Mt., se gastó un bote de 236 ml. Y adquirir los grandes se me hacen demasiado caros. Los buscaré cuando haya ofertas jejejeje. No hace tanto ruido, es liviana, buen tamaño de cable y recomendable. Sin embargo no trae altura para levantar los rodillos en alfombras de hilo largo.

First, it took me several months (on and off) in researching for a carpet cleaner- here on Amazon and youtube (vacuum wars) and after seeing how this was in comparison with other carpet cleaners, it was obvious that this was the winner.PROS1. Competitive price compared to other comparable carpet cleaners2. It really sucks (in a good way) and you can see all the dirt through the clear nozzle and the dirty tank3. Very easy to figure out, even if you vaguely read the instruction guide, like I did. The parts, such as the tanks and the nozzle and nozzle cover, are super easy to take off and put back on.4. Overall great bang for you buck and it feels good not having to pay $500-600 to clean 900sqft of carpet!CONS1. The unit is pretty heavy, but this is not such a bad thing in that it doesnt feel cheap and really sticks to the carpet, which is why it gets the job done2. The cord can be slightly longer, I had to disconnect it when I entered every room (3) and when I vacuume with my dyson I only disconnect it once to do the entire upstairs.3. Spraying the solution onto the carpet is the biggest CON of this vacuum- you have to squeeze everytime and when you almost 900 sqft its slightly annoying and after 2 hours I find myself with some minor blisters on my hand (the last time I got blisters on my hand was when I went to the batting cages- solution- wear a batting hand glove next time!) It would've been perfect is Bissell designed this feature as a button to constantly spray, but wishful thinking on my part4. Emptying and refilling tanks- not as cumbersome as my 2nd story isnt that big, bit for those who have more than 900sqft of carpet, schedule at least a couple of hours to get it done. I spent about 30 mins per room and the hallway/loft area. As a mother to a toddler and 5 month, it wasnt an easy task to complete in one run5. The bissell solution- when the unit arrived I wasnt able to use it right away, but my husband did and when I came back with my little ones the smell was horrific and so strong and he had finished 2 hours before I got home. It took another 2 hours to go away and it was really frustrating.The 2nd time around in using this unit, I used it and I found a perfect solution. I did NOT use the bissell solution this time- I used the Better Life All Purpose Solution (available on Amazon and free of chemicals- what I strive for in my household with children) and it worked perfectly with a very faint smell (I used the scented version). Next time I will be using the unscented version I have to make it almost odorless.I have yet to use the accessories, but I will update my review when I use it for my upholstered furniture.
