La calidad del producto es buena y pensé que sería fácil el ensamblado y la colocación pero el tubo que se supone es donde se ponen los rollos de papel no entraba por el orificio que traen. De verdad no entraba a presión, le echamos aceite para que resbalara, tratamos de quemar un poco de plástico del orificio, ligamos el tubo para hacerlo más delgado y después de mucho intentos con mucha fuerza entro, no tendría que tener ese problema ya que si bien tiene que estar firme para que los rollos de papel no se caigan de plano no se podía meter en el orificio. Otro de los problemas que ya había visto en comentarios es que no se adiere a la pared a fuerzas se tiene que atornillar y es verdad no pega

If you are in the process of housebreaking or potty training with a carpeted living space this is a must have. It does say to vacuum before using, but you can't vacuum before every mess and if you have a pet there's going to be fur on the carpet within 30 seconds of that anyway. Fur collects on the brush after each use which eventually makes it hard to get the resolve on the carpet vs. the plastic brush cover, so you need to remove the hair frequently. I wish it had different bristles or the sort of thing that de-shedder tools have where you can push a button and it removes the hair/fur/carpet fuzz collected but that's asking quite a lot. Great tool for when you're still not sure what carpet cleaner or wetvac type machine you want that you can afford.

I have 4 dogs and accidents happen. This works good. It really does cut the pee smell. It's easy to use. My only complaint is the product goes fast and you don't realize how much your using. 1 can isn't enough to do a small bedroom but great for spot treatment. I've already bought 2 more cans.

I purchased this a little while back, thinking it would be great to have on hand should I need it and not want to take out my handheld machine and go through the whole process of filling with water, soap, yada yada. Well, just had to finally use it the last few days and wow, wow, wow am I glad that I made this purchase!When putting together, note that the rods are a little tight, so adding a little oil of someSort will help them glide into place better. When inserting the can into the bottom part, you have to take the blue cap off of the can. I didn’t see that explained everywhere and it took me a little while (with it not working) to figure that out. Once everything is in place, it works like a charm! Pulls all the yuck out of your carpet, almost instantaneously! What I did was I cleaned up the mess with water, papertowels, and spray resolve. Then I used this “machine” over the spots to really get the yuck out of the fibers. The resolve smell is fine, but I went over it with a scented carpet spray just to neutralize the resolve scent. Few hours later, once dry, vacuumed over it and good as new! I have washable rugs because I have pets, so using this made cleaning even more of a breeze than on a non washable rug but suspect it would work just as well! So happy with this purchase!

This is powerful. The downside is carpet gets hard and the urine is still trapped inside it.

Conozco perfectamente el producto y por eso lo encargué, desafortunadamente la aduana no permitió el paso, pero lo importante es que la empresa se comunicó conmigo y me reembolsó todo el costo...agradezco la seriedad y responsabilidad de dicha empresa y la recomiendo.
