Beautiful rice cooker, confusing instructions. The only way you can fail (which I did, with crunchy/undercooked grains) making a batch of rice with a rice cooker is with crappy instructions. The cup that comes with it is not a standard American size measuring cup (1 cup). The instructions specifically say to use the cup that comes with it, and to use 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of water to fill to the number 2 line. And when I did that, the contents were BELOW the #2 line. Because of that, it is confusing as to whether it is truly referring to use of the actual cup that came with it (which doesn’t actually measure 1 cup, it’s only 3/4) or to use your own measuring cup? I will be tossing that in the trash.I ended up having to add more water to my rice and cook it again due to the incorrect ratio. If you guys send an actual CUP with this, you’ve got a failproof product. I only measure my rice with 1 cup of rice to 2 cups water ratio. Not in 3/4 measurements. KEEP IT SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. I do appreciate the non-stick aspect and that this is compact and lightweight.

So worth the buy, works perfectly to make rice, and looks great. Just buy it, it’ll change your life if you eat rice a lot. It’s that good.

At first I was nervous because it was in original packaging and not sealed at all. There were some minor imperfections and the inner pot was either slightly dented or just not symmetrical. The inner pot didn't seem to sit flush even when it was heavier with rice. There were minor scratches too, but gave it a try since I'm so busy and lazy with returns. Very first time it switched from Cook to Warm by itself after a couple of minutes. The bottom came out a little burnt the first 2x. It vibrated and make some weird noises, so I was afraid of leaving it unattended. A few uses in and it works fine. Was drawn to the color, style, and large cooking capacity without being too heavy and bulky. Not bad for the price

I cook 4 cups everyday of rice, so decided to try this brand since I had try many other and they peel inside, I’m on my day 5 of using this, and haven’t experienced no peeling on the inside as of yet. While the outside of the pot is already starting to worn off a little it doesn’t interfere with the pot inside! Cook rice perfectly every single time, I ad a tap of oil and a pinch of salt. I doesn’t burn the rice and rice doesn’t stick to the bottom, cleaning is easy since is non stick and I was so impressed with the size because of the price I thought it was going to be in a smaller size. Very easy to used! As of now I recommend, I’ll update if my opinion change.

I am really enjoying the entire Bella line of appliances. I've never heard of this brand before and the rice cooker was the first thing that we bought from them. The rice cooker looks really nice and has a bunch of small design touches that I think are smart. For example, the cord wraps into the base and hides away, and it comes with a spatula and a measuring cup. The rice cooker does exactly that, cooks rice and it does it really quickly. Since the container is relatively large, you can cook a small amount or you can cook a pretty large amount quickly. The steamer basket is a nice addition, but I haven't used it yet. The ceramic nonstick coating I'm very interested to see how it wears. So far, it has kept the entire inside completely nonstick and it's super easy to clean. I hope that this holds up over time.

Hasta el momento bien, fácil de lavar, no se pega nada, todo bien si uno sigue las instrucciones de cuidado y uso de acuerdo con el manual. Gran capacidad para cocer el arroz.
