Good board, worked right out of the box with my 7800x3d and the G.Skill Flare 6000 RAM (F5-6000J3038F16GX2-FX5) at the EXPO speeds. Has all the features I actually need (like heatsinks for both of my NVMe SSDs) and none of the features I don't need (like the useless Wi-Fi). ASRock's software is pretty basic but still useful for things like setting up the custom fan curves. Only minor drawback you should be aware of is that it doesn't come with motherboard screws, so you have to make sure you can reuse your existing ones.

BEWARE. Killed my 9700X CPU. There's a BIOS update to fix the issue to do with voltages pushed through the chip, make sure that you update the BIOS before fitting the CPU.

Barely a month since I have had it and it died. Do not recommend. Amazon won't help. Hoping ASRock will replace or compensate me but not holding my breath
