I likes that the filters were exactly as described. I can't test whether the filters are the MERV as stated, but they are a perfect size.

I switch out my fingers monthly and they are very dark when I remove them. They must be trapping a lot of crap from our air.

Anycore comes in several different "MERV's". (This is the level of filtration that the unit provides.) This allows you to get the right amount of air cleaning for your home, office or work area. We use the "11" for the home and they work very well keeping dust, pet hair and allergens to a minimum without breaking the bank. Delivery is so much better than going to the local store for a pick up that most likely costs more for the same thing.I highly recommend and reorder when I need more.

Bought these based on many good reviews and much lower cost vs my outrageously expensive 3M Filtrete filters. After comparing the two at home, found the Anycore Size (WxL) was as stated 11.81" - but Thickness was 0.75" said 0.79". As for FIT: the 12x12x1 fit perfectly in 3yr old Return Vent, but loosely in 15 yr old Return Vent, just added adhesive window seal gasket in that one for better fit (Filtrete also). Interestingly, the Anycore filter cardboard-structure has a lattice design that may impede some air flow, vs Filtrete which has no covering on one side and only single strips between corners on the other. Can't say if or how much it might effect airflow. Also filter material folds are closer and shorter in height than Filtrete. All considered the Anycore are fairly well made, though a little less material and design, but much lower price than 3M....Which I like!
