This is a great car pillow.It lets my daughter fall asleep in the car in her backless booster without her falling off sideways with the seat belt in the wrong position. It helps her maintain the proper seating position on long car rides. It's pretty easy for her to move on and off as well.This one is also great since it comes with an extra small pillow for the back of the head.It is a little smaller than our other one though but the reason a full star was removed was due to how difficult it was to open the pillow without risking cutting it. It was tightly wrapped and fully taped all around which made it difficult to open without using a knife.
