Much nicer than I’d anticipated. Works very well, easy to clean. Durable and looks great. Highly recommend. I was concerned when I first washed as it had what appeared to be condensation in a sealed area, but was ventilated and dried right away. I love it!

I finally got a chance to really give this rotary slicer/shredder a good work-out today while making a salad and I was really impressed with how well it slices and grates, but I would have liked it better if it were a little easier to clean.First of all, it has a really good and strong suction cup on the bottom of it that locks it firmly onto your table or counter top so that it doesn't move while turning the handle to make your slices.This slicer works very quickly. I was able to slice a large cucumber for a salad into perfectly uniform slices in just a few seconds. I was also able to shred carrots for the salad almost as quickly.The only thing I didn't like about its operation is that with only 3 cutting cylinders, you are very limited on what you can do with this device. I would have liked to have had another cylinder that could cut thicker slices, so I could also use it for slicing cucumbers about twice as thick, so I could also use it for making home made dill pickles.The other thing I didn't like is that only the cutting cylinders are fit to be cleaned in the dishwasher. I tried to clean the clear plastic piece and it turned slightly yellowish in the dishwasher. I'm not sure if it will ruin it to continue cleaning it in the dishwasher, but it would appear that it might.I also noticed that when you clean the handle that it gets water inside of it and that means that it is impossible to fully clean the inside of it.Overall, I'm impressed with how well this grater functions, but it needs to be redesigned to make it easier to clean.
