UPDATE: I had one star on this because of the problems below. Since then, I was contacted by the vendor (fooberus@hotmail.com), and they have shipped me a new one, so I'm quite pleased. I'm hoping that the original unit was a lemon and that this one will give me years of use. Thank you Foober!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This product worked great, was lightweight, plenty bright for tracing onto watercolor paper. But right before the warranty expired (1 year), it stopped working. I tried several things to get it to work, such as a different outlet, different cable, different adapter. No luck.Since it was under warranty, I wasn't too concerned.HOWEVER -- just TRY to contact them, I dare you! It has been over a week since I filled out the online form at the AGPtek website to report this issue and try to get assistance. Nothing. Then I called AGPtek and was given an email address (support@mambate.com) as the only way to get assistance. I emailed them. No reply. I emailed them again 2 days later. Still no reply. And now I'm down to 4 days before the warranty expires, along with a non-working piece of plastic with AGPtek in big letters on it.Checking Mambate online, I see they have terrible reviews. If I was AGPtek, I would look for someone else to provide support for my products.Hopefully your light box won't die on you. Good luck if it does :(
